Fabulous, Family - Friendly Sunny_Bear_Chalet

Our cabin is the perfect combination of comfort and amenities. It's great for a family retreat or a fun weekend away with friends. There's plenty of room for lounging, a firepit for outdoor conversations, essentials for the kiddos, air hockey and pool table, high speed internet, central heat & air conditioning and even an automatic backup generator. This cabin seriously has everything!

The space
This is a luxury cabin experience. There's a kitchen that is equipped for all your cooking desires, the beds are made and ready to go upon your arrival, cushy bath towels, and so much more. There's three private bedrooms. The great room has a great queen sleeper bed that has the best bedtime views in the entire cabin.
Guest access
The cabin is open for your enjoyment. We do ask that you are respectful and replace items in the condition in which they were found.
Other things to note
We will be sending a comprehensive cabin booklet that gives instructions, tips and recommendations for the cabin and local area.

Sunny Bear Chalet is part of Blue Lake Springs. One of the Sierra's most premier HOA's. During the summer there's a pool, basketball, tennis, shuffle board, and so much more available to guests. If a guest is interested in using these amenities (which are only available during the summer), guest will need to purchase guest passes directly from BLS HOA. Rates are typically $15/ guest/ day and are subject to change. Pet Policy:
- Dogs only
- Maximum of two dogs
- Pets cannot be left unattended at the cabin
- No pets on furniture
- Please provide your own towels to wipe off paws and clean off all debris prior to entering cabin
- Use caution letting your pet outside. There are bears and mountain lions that may be near.
- Clean up after your pet
- Guests must provide their own food /water bowls, dog food, and dog bed
- Guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet
- You may be asked to leave if your pet is a disturbance for neighbors
