The Beach House on Treasure Island is the perfect getaway retreat for couples and families. It is located in a quiet beach side community comprised of eclectic beach cottages on Treasure Island, Florida.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house offers spacious bedrooms, a large open living space, glass block bar with seating for 6, and a Jenn-Air cooking island in the middle of a fully-equipped kitchen.

The expansive fenced-in deck allows you to relax at home while still taking advantage the salty sea air. Enjoy happy hour on the deck at "The Sand Bar" before making your way over to the beach to watch the sunset!

Although the Beach House on Treasure Island is not directly on the beach, it is a short walk ( approximately 200 steps) from the beautiful, white sandy beaches on the West Coast of Florida. The gentle Gulf waters are perfect for swimming of all ages. The miles of beaches are great for long walks or runs.

Enjoy the beach or walk across the John’s Pass Bridge to a quaint fishing village where numerous unique shops, fresh seafood restaurants, ice cream parlors, chartered fishing boats, jet ski rentals and waterfront bars await you.

Everything you need is within walking distance, so park your car and relax.
Treasure Island is a wonderful vacation destination for the entire family with the best sunsets anywhere! And the sunsets are always free!

Everything we needed was there, from beach towels to beach toys. It was an easy walk to the beach and John’s Pass. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended

This is hands down the most well-equipped vacation rental we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is STOCKED! Beach chairs and towels were abundant. The beds and pillows are cozy. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Check in was a breeze, and communicating with Gail was wonderful.

Perfect house steps from the beach. Owner provided beach chairs and a beach tent. Two parents and three adult children had a great time.

A fantastic family beachside holiday home. We travelled from Perth, Western Australia and were not disappointed. Superb location and walking distance to the beach and Johns Pass (even in the heat!)

Treasure Island getaway

The property was just as advertised. We searched for an ADA accessible property and this was as close as we could get. The house could use some better (or sharpened) knives. They were all very dull.

Great Location

Walking to the beach was easy! The house offered a few beach chairs and other beach toys. Missing was a wagon to pull them to the beach, but it isn't that far. John's Pass that includes many shops and restaurants (including Bubba Gump's) is only a short walk. This is a perfect location for a relaxing vacation!

Fun week at the beach

The Treasure Island property was perfect. Everything you could possibly want or need was in the house. It was clean, decorated beautiful, beds were comfortable, kitchen amazing, lots of games, toys , beach chairs, close to the beach. Gail was very communicative and accommodating. Area was perfect for getting to restaurants and store, all in walking distance. It was a great experience and we are looking forward to doing it again. Third time I have used Vrbo and it has been a positive experience every time.

Great space steps from the beach!

We rented Gail's beach house in July, 2016. Our party included 3 generations and 7 people (5 adults, 2 kids). The beach house comfortably accommodated all of us. Everything was clean and as described in the description. The location was very convenient to St John's Pass, as well as many other restaurants and shops up and down the beach. The beach itself was easily accessed at the end of the street and the beach was clean and not crowded. Having beach toys for the kids at the house was a great help. Overall we had a very nice and relaxing stay and would definitely consider staying again if we come to that area again. Thanks, Gail!

Great Beach House!!

We had a great stay at Gail's beach house. The location is wonderful in that you have a very short walk to the beach and to shops at John's Pass. This was great for our group, enabling everyone to come and go easily and not be dependent on a car. The house itself is great. While not very big, because of the efficient layout and furnishings, it handles 6-8 people with ease. We ranged from 2-7 in the house and it was quite comfortable. The house has a lot of nice touches, including the really nice decking around 3/4 of the house, nice outdoor furniture and grill, even beach umbrellas/chairs/toys/games. Pretty much anything you could want at the beach. Plus, since we were there over Christmas, Gail even had nice Christmas lights set up around the deck! Also, the wifi was great. So, everything about the house made for a wonderful Christmas vacation!

Treasure Island Beach House

This was our second relatively long-term stay at Gayle's Beach House and was, again, a perfectly wonderful experience. Gayle continues to upgrade her house, which was very nice to begin with, probably accurately described as luxurious by beach standards. The location is ideal- a block off the beach within an easy walk to shopping, dining, and nightlife. The area is ideal for families with children, or without. An added bonus to this property is the abundant outdoor space, either in the sun or shade. Overall, this is a great place to enjoy Florida beach life!

Fabulous Beach House Vacation!!!

Our little group of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) spent a fabulous week at Gail's beach house! From the moment we stepped inside we felt comfortable and 'at home'. Pros: the beach house is spacious, super clean, everything in excellent working condition, comfortable beds and furniture, lots of indoor and outdoor seating options and the handy and fun outdoor shower for post beach rinse offs! Cons: none! Friendly neighbours, quiet evenings and a short stroll to the beach and fishing, this place has it all! We are frequent Airbnb, VRBO, etc users and this is probably the best property we've ever rented. Though we didn't meet Gail in person she is an excellent host and great communicator. We loved the games and videos and sand toys, plenty of cooking implements, dishes, glassware, etc. Gail has thought of everything. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

The Beach House is located on the beautiful West Coast of Florida. The beaches are beautiful and the Gulf waters are typically calm and warm. The location of this beach house is perfect as it is only steps to the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I love the sunsets on the West Coast. Every evening, I walk down the boardwalk to the beach and sit on the steps and watch the sunset. It's amazing every time!
