Seaside fun is also minutes from this perfect Island getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch. The fully stocked kitchen features a Keurig and drip combination coffee maker. There's a spacious living area with big screen TV and streaming capabilities. If you're here for a staycation and need to do a little work, there's a desk ready for you to use. Enjoy free wifi and feel free to bring your own Fire Stick, gaming device, etc. If you choose to dine-in, there is a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances and two dining options with a small table for two in the kitchen or a dining area for four with a beautiful chandelier. The primary bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and tv. There are bunk beds and a nice size closet in the second bedroom. The bathroom has been beautifully updated with walk-in shower to relax at the end of your beach day. A great backyard for your family is ready for you to hang out and fully fenced for your furry babies as well. Relax in the hammock or at the bar height Adirondack chairs & table. There is also additional back yard seating and a charcoal grill. Parking in the driveway and on the street. Exterior camera facing the driveway up to the front door. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. No cats allowed. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
