This recently redesigned home is set-up perfectly for groups of families to come together to create memories on the lake, in the home and in the beautiful surrounding area. Bring (or rent) a boat and enjoy all that makes Tims Ford so special. Spend evenings around the smokeless fire pit, playing arcade style video games in 8-bit Alley, a game of ping pong, connecting over board games or just relaxing with friends and family.

12 of us really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The dock is very relaxing.

Great family vacay

Overall, we had a great vacation at this location. They had everything we would need, and there was plenty of space to spread out. We had two small hiccups, but the owners were extremely responsive and had them addressed immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

The location on the lake was perfect. We enjoyed sharing memories with family and friends. The property was clean and very true to the pictures. Our hosts were very prompt with information regarding the property and our stay. Highly recommend for future stays!

We had a great vacation!! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for two families. The dock was perfect for lounging by the lake while the covered portion was perfect for the smaller kids to be out of the sun. The only thing I will say is that the steps are something else. We have stayed at several houses on Tim's Ford with steep steps, but these are straight up with no plateaus and no hand rails. It was a little scary for the smaller kids, so just prepare for that. Other than that, it was the perfect vacation home! We couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Great communication!!

Great hosts with great communication. Beautiful property and home! Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short but the hosts were very understanding, were quick to respond and graciously accommodating.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gather at Tim Fords Lake. The house is very spacious with a place for everybody with beautiful views of the lake. Our hosts went out of their way to make sure everything we needed was there and responded very quickly to any questions or help that was needed! There arcade gaming area and ping pong table was a great bonus- our family spent a lot of time enjoying them. It's a great place and we are are looking forward to hopefully booking it again next year!

Birthday weekend

We had a great weekend at the lake. We booked our stay to celebrate my wife's birthday and everthing was more than we could ask for. The 1st day we had an issue with the AC not working properly, but the owner was great and quick to respond. There was a technician out and the house was cool in no time at all. Would definitely book this property again for a nice vacation or family gathering.

Beautiful lakefront home

Family of 11 ranging from grandparents to infants shared this wonderful home during the week of Thanksgiving. Lots of space for everyone to separate but also great living areas on the first floor and basement to stay together. The game room was a great hit with the kids and parents. The house has a great location on the lake and I can imagine this is a bustling spot in the summer to swim. The breeze off the lake was definitely brisk but that lended to the magic of the holiday. Great space to run around in the front yard and beautiful views of the lake on both patios. The top patio was a little slanted but we kept our kiddos on the lower patio. Beds were great and comfortable and the kitchen had all of the items we needed to cook at home. Location is great, about 90 minutes to Nashville, 20-30 minutes to the Jack Daniels Distillery and 20-30 minutes to great hiking spots with waterfalls. And there was some great BBQ spots in the surrounding cities. All-in-all, a great trip and would highly recommend.

Wonderful time at Gather at Tims Ford!

We had three families who came together to enjoy this lake house over the 4th of July Holiday. 6 adults and kids ranging in age from almost 2 to 9 years old. We all loved this property and would highly recommend! House had everything you would need for making meals in the kitchen. The game room was a huge hit with the kids. Beds were super comfortable which was awesome after long days on the lake. As pictured, the steps down to the lake are pretty steep, the youngest kids needed a little assistance going up and down but we all felt the steepness worked as a bonus as it would have been nearly impossible for a little one to sneak down to the lake by themselves. We've stayed on the lake before and we thought this was the best view of the lake, the house is situated on a larger size cove rather than an inlet or channel section. It's about a 10 minute drive to Twin Creek Marina making boat rental really easy. Overall this property was awesome - we would definitely recommend this lake house for a wonderful time!

Wonderful Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Gather! I had several questions leading up until our stay. Chris was always very quick to respond and was very helpful. The house itself was beautiful! It was perfect for our family getaway. Lots of places to sleep, very comfortable, mattresses, and the drawers and cabinets were filled with everything that we might need in the kitchen. We had one little issue while we were there with ants that I called Chris about. He immediately addressed it and had pest control out to take care of the problem. The kids in our group really enjoyed the downstairs area with a ping pong table, the arcade room, and their own living space where they could play video games and just have fun. We also enjoyed the fire pit and making s’more’s. Unfortunately, I was injured on the boat on the lake and we had to leave the property early. Chris was wonderful about mailing us items that we accidentally left behind and checking on me to make sure I was doing OK. We will definitely stay at the Gather house again!
