This Condo:
This luxurious upper-level two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers a gorgeous mountain view along with a golf course view including overlooking the 11th green here at Smoky Mountain Country Club. While enjoying the view on the deck, you can listen to the peaceful sounds of the stream running by down below. The primary bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
This upper-level condo has 10’ ceilings in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen and a 17’ vaulted
ceiling in the dining & great room, accented by a wall of stone rising from the gas fireplace to the ceiling.
The master bath contains a double vanity set in a granite countertop and fully-tiled shower. The guest bath has a marble countertop vanity, whirlpool tub and tiled shower.
The full kitchen features a gas range/oven, 25 cu ft side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, keurig duo coffee maker that takes both K cups and carafe pot filter coffee, coffee bean grinder if you want to bring your own, and microwave. The kitchen is fully- equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The spacious laundry room contains a washer and dryer.
The dining room, great room and bedrooms have hardwood floors, and the kitchen and bathrooms have slate tile floors.
Large HD Smart televisions are in the great room and both bedrooms. The condo is equipped with Wifi and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment.
