CDC cleanings are performed using checklists following all CDC cleaning guidelines.

Park City Bear Village is located in the gorgeous neighborhood of Bear Hollow. It's a great family vacation destination in summer or winter! It's also a pretty short walk to the Park City free bus system that takes you all over town and to the Redstone Village that has Whole Foods, Smith's, and about 20 different restaurants and 30 different shops. This condo also has a great community building with workout facility, business center, community pool, large hot tub, and clubhouse with TV/lounge.

This 2,350 square foot townhouse is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse, including a two car garage. All of the bedrooms are located on the upper level, this also includes a full bath and full size washer and dryer.

Living Room: 42" HD TV, a Blue Ray player, Wii gaming system, and gas fireplace

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 3, and quartz countertops

Dining Room: Seating for up to 6

Master Bedroom- king size bed, a 32" TV and DVD player, and en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2- queen size bed and a 32" TV and DVD player.

Excellent home for extended family

This was a beautiful, clean and up to date. It was very nice to have 4 bedrooms for our family. Enough room for everyone in the kitchen and family space. There was plenty of utensils, kitchen supplies and towels. The garage was very nice to have. The neighborhood was close to the freeway and Park City. We could not hear our neighbors except when we were both out on the deck in the hot tub at the same time. Easy check in, clear communication. Only the cleaning fee seemed to be quite a lot for the time and space we stayed.

Beautiful and convince my location

Couldn’t ask for a better location that is close to stores (5 mins) and both ski resorts (5-10 mins)! We will definitely come back again!

Fantastic property and location

We love Bear Hollow Village, and have stayed there several times. We love the close proximity to the Olympic Park and to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. This was our first time at this property and the location cannot be beat! Super close to the clubhouse and pool and beautiful trails. This property was very nice. Decor was updated and modern with very comfortable beds and plenty of towels and linens to make our stay comfortable. Appliances and TVs are all new and in great repair and easy to operate. There was plenty of parking for our vehicles as well. 3-4 vehicles could easily fit if needed. Home was very clean and well kept up. Plenty of space for a big group. There were 6 of us and we had more than enough space for cooking, dining and sleeping. Instructions for check in and check out and operating all of the amenities were very clear and easy to understand. We would definitely stay again. Our only suggestion would be for a few more kitchen supplies such as a few more serving bowls and plastic cups and/or dishware.

Great Ski Spot

Stayed here with friends for just shy of a week. It was a great rental-- spacious, clean and close to everything we needed (restaurants, groceries, ski rentals, etc). Private hot tub and garage were certainly a plus. Very clean, and beds were comfortable too. The kitchen was sparsely appointed, though we managed to make do with what we found. Would recommend.

Best stay so far!

This is our third rental in Park City for ski season and so far this was our absolute favorite property. The rental was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the location to both the slopes and the convenience of nearby stores and restaurants. We will definitely return!

Great location and great space

We stayed during the summer and loved the location. It has easy access to the freeways, nearby grocery stores etc., and the community center was great. I would stay here again summer or winter!

Clean and lots of space

Had 6 people stay at this property for a ski trip and there is lots of space and privacy. Very clean and nice surroundings, about 10 minutes from PC 5 to Canyons

Great property with plenty of space, excellent location

The townhome was as advertised and as per the online pictures - nicely remodeled, quality furnishings, great kitchen. The bedrooms were well-sized and separated nicely, comfortable beds. The location is great for visiting retail/restaurants and convenient to Park City proper and the resorts. Surprisingly, we found the unit a bit more spacious than anticipated, with the lower-level living area/bath an added bonus. We'd definitely stay in the townhome again when in the area - we had no problems whatsoever.

Everything we needed for a great ski week. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids, could easily fit more. Super convenient to Canyons and shopping. A little sparse on kitchen appliances/dishes but overall very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place with lots of space and close to ski hills

The place was more than the description - very spacious, very well stocked kitchen, bedrooms were roomy, and the hot tub on the deck was delightful. Especially loved the big kitchen, dining area (seated 8) and comfy living area. The extra den on the main floor and 2 car garage was a bonus. Overall, great place that is well maintained, very clean. Definitely would recommend and would stay again for our next family ski trip.

Fantastic Home!

A few guys and I took a trip up too Park City for the weekend to do some snow boarding and this was an excellent choice! The home was a little under 5 minutes away from the lift, it was amazing. We used the hot tub alot too! Nothing feels better than a relaxing soak in the tub after a long day of boarding. We will be coming back for sure next year!

Bear Hollow - Park City

Great location to take in all the fun things to do in the Park City area. The furniture and decorations are very nice - the beds were great....plenty of space for everyone. We will stay here again. The owner's were very easy to work with and prompt with answers to our many questions. The hot tub on the balcony is a lot of fun and the pool is very close.

Great vacation!

Owners were great to work with and very accommodating. The townhouse was in a great location with quick & easy access to skiing, shopping, and restaurants. Our kids loved having a hot tub to soak in after skiing. Will definitely stay here again.
