Welcome to Terra Meade! A great property for all ages & all occasions! Works well for 5 couples, large family gatherings, bachelorette parties & milestone celebrations. Perfect layout for working remotely! High speed internet, with two cottages that double as quiet work spaces.

We offer 5 King Suites each with a private in-suite bathroom (recently remodeled!). Plus one set of bunk beds, two twin daybeds (and two cribs upon request) making it great for families/friends. Sonoma County mandates a 12 person maximum - but we are happy to make exceptions for your little ones (under 3).

Enjoy a long weekend escape or an extended stay - with 6 private acres and great indoor and outdoor spaces for adults and kids of all ages!

Our two cottage units can also double as private offices for working remotely! With high-speed Comcast WiFi, Zoom meetings will work smoothly and cell service is excellent.

We invite you to enjoy our family farmhouse in the heart of Sonoma Valley's Carneros Wine Region - less than 10 minutes from the Sonoma Plaza. Located on six private acres, we offer a fully-stocked main house and adjacent two bedroom guest cottage; plus our Barn with a recreation room and 20' x 40' swimming pool.

Our property also includes three vineyards, an outdoor kitchen and dining area with built-in gas and charcoal grills, hammocks, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, children's play structure, seasonal creek, hot tub and more.

Main House: Central air-conditioning with 3 bedrooms (Bed #1 - King; Bed #2 - King; Bed #3 - King & a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom.

Guest Cottage: Two separate air conditioned bedroom suites. Each includes a small kitchenette, as well as a King bed and private full bathroom. Both of the cottage units also offer a twin day bed. Both of these units can also double as private offices for working remotely.

Pool & Barn: Enjoy our 20'x40' saltwater swimming pool with a solar heating system from May - October. The pool area is gated and also includes an automatic safety cover. The adjacent Barn includes a small kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor shower; as well as a large rec room with a pool table and foosball table.

Our vineyards feature old-vine Zinfandel grapes at the entrance, Chardonnay grapes on the hillside vineyard our around the swimming pool and our newest Pinot vineyard across the creek from the kid's play structure.

Lastly, please note: Our Sonoma County vacation rental permit allows for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests, including day visitors. With quiet hours outdoors beginning at 10pm. Thank you for understanding our permit guidelines. We hope you will decide to stay with us!
