There are chimes on the sliding doors to the pools, please do not remove them or tamper with them.

Pets are $175 per pet per reservation. If you stay is over 7 days additional fees may apply.

*We have an outdoor motion activated ring doorbell, one is located outside the front door.



No parties or events.



No smoking indoors. Outdoor ok but please throw away cigarette butts.



Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am.



No outdoor music or other devices that produce or reproduce sound during quiet hours.



POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you`d like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.



*Heating the pool is $85/day*



Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night



If you are staying for 28+ nights we take a deposit for pool heat and return what wasn’t used at the end of your stay.



Pet fees will apply but will increase if you are staying 10+ days.



Guests are liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.



Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. To report accidental damage, please message the host.



**By City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:



1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.



2. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract) and submit a copy of government issued ID before check-in. This contract may be provided prior to booking if requested.



3. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.



4. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am. No outdoor music or other devices that produce or reproduce sound during quiet hours.



5. Parking is limited to driveway and the curb directly in front of the property. This is a Desert Hot Springs law for Short Term Rentals and you may be towed.





DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.



Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.



All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.



During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
