Whether you are traveling through or Eugene is your destination, this vacation rental is for you! 3 BR, 2 BA home has open floor plan, king bed and double sinks in primary, well stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, AC, cable, washer/dryer and gas Weber grill. Home features a game room w/ ping-pong, putting green, TV, TRACKTOWN wall mural, and luxurious Hot Springs five person hot tub. Walking distance to dining, shopping, parks, river/bike path & Autzen Stadium. Conveniently located near UofO, Hayward, golf course, hospitals & freeways.

The Space
Open concept living space features vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. Luxurious primary bedroom is located at the back of the house with a KING size bed and desk/work space. The primary bath boasts a tiled walk-in shower and double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen bed with lots of natural light pouring in the large windows. Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Secondary bedrooms are located down the hallway away from the living space and share the second bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms are supplied with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash Q-tips and cotton balls. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances including a gas stove and is stocked with most essentials. Help yourself to coffee (Columbian dark roast) and tea. If there is something you don't see, don't hesitate to ask. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which seats up to 8. There is additional seating at the kitchen island perfect for kiddos or a quick bite to eat. The comfortable family room has a gas fireplace and large TV with cable. Laundry room is off of the living space and includes laundry pods/dryer balls. Covered patio offers seating, grill, and water feature (seasonally). The converted garage features ping pong, putting green, seating, TV and TRACKTOWN wall mural. Enjoy the luxurious, five person hot tub, equipped with 28 therapy jets, cover lift assist, and steps.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the house, yard & driveway. Garage has been converted to a game room with laundry. Please keep garage doors shut and do NOT park in the garage.
Other things to note
Stellar restaurants and shopping only 1/3 of a mile away. Alton Baker Park is Eugeneā€™s largest park. It includes developed park land, natural area, bike trails and a 4 mile running trail (Preā€™s trail), which is only 1 mile away from where youā€™ll stay. Autzen Stadium is within walking distance - only 1.2 mi. away. Hayward field is 2.8 miles away. Willamette River, bike trails and freeways easily accessible.

The home is located on a relatively busy road which means it is conveniently located and easy to find, but comes with some road noise. Sound machines are available in each room.

Great Fun & Relaxation

Beautiful home, well-stocked with all necessities, and a very thoughtful introduction/welcome from the host. Bright and clean, nice layout and flow, with many areas for enjoyment inside and out. Beds were very comfortable, and our family especially enjoyed nights playing in the game room, and relaxing in the hot tub. Location was ideal for quick trips to the shops, and downtown was only a few minutes away. This was perfect for our needs, thank you!

Cleanest House Ever

We took four grandsons to Eugene for a football game. I picked this location because it allowed us to walk to Autzen Stadium (appx 1.3 miles). The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. The boys really enjoyed the rec room and I loved the quiet little patio for my morning coffee. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wish I Could Live Here!

This house was gorgeous. The aesthetics are beautiful and my daughters had a blast using the game room as well as the hot tub. I did appreciate the shade over the hot tub since it was raining a little bit when we went out there. The bed in the master bedroom was huge and SO comfortable. My girls loved the bunk beds, too. I love that the kids' room already came equipped with a sound machine so they could also sleep soundly. Although this property is close to other homes, there is so much privacy! Also, the water pressure in the shower was perfect and we just loved the whole experience.

Great rental

This home was exactly as described and super clean and comfortable. The open floorplan was great and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed plus some. The location was perfect. The description mentioned traffic noise. I personally was not bothered by it, and barely noticed it.

Five Star Property

The house and our stay was practically perfect. My husband and I have worked at 5 Star hotels including The Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons and we were beyond impressed with the beautiful house and amenities! The game room was a hit for the kids and we spent a-lot of time playing ping pong and enjoying the fireplace. The house was very well thought out and very comfortable for our family with kids age ranges from 5 to 23.šŸ˜€ We loved the area and we were close to everything including Trader Joes, shops, and restaurants.

Trip to Country Fair

The property exceeded our expectations. We came in from Phoenix for a family trip to Eugene where we used to live and attend the country fair. 5 nights. We cooked most meals here and the kitchen was well equipped. Although they mention theee may be street house we found the house to be pretty quiet during sleeping hours. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious We had 4 young adults share the room with double bunk beds and no complaints. The master room was large with walk in closet and private bathroom. We loved the converted garage game room We Used this each night. Planned to use the hot tub but the weather was too hot. The BBQ worked great as well. It was a memorable trip and this space was perfect for our 8 person family. Love to rent this place for next year!

The entire house was beautiful and spotless! Modern and updated. On a busy road, but road noise was a minimum. Very well-appointed and nice amenities. Hot tub very clean! Lighting excellent, inside and out. Zero complaints whatsoever! Would suggest they also have a Kuerig coffee maker as well, and tell people to bring their own K-cups. Loved this house so much! Best VRBO house I've ever stayed in! Plan to be back in the future. And excellent, helpful communication with the owner. Loved staying here!!!

This is a great central location in Eugene. The house is exceptionally equipped and looked just like the photos. Beds were very comfortable. And the whole house was just a great place to return to after a day out on adventures.Bryan always responded in a reasonable time when I contacted him.I was there to visit my sister and will plan to book this place again when we go back.Also, if you are there on a Saturday, the Saturday market downtown is worth visiting.
