Country Living at It's Best!!!!
Tired of busy city noise? Come sit on the back porch and relax looking at the forest behind you or enjoy the mountain views from the front porch. Small convenience store/gas station/restaurant located .5 miles up the road. Mckenzie River fishing is less than 1/4 mile away!

House has pellet stove, washer and dryer, wifi and streaming options, best drinking water from our fresh spring well, slot machine, wii and board games, treadmill, air fryer and more.

Outside offers a fire pit, corn hole boards, ladder ball, teether ball, basketball hoop, mountain bikes, a biolight, propane heater on the deck, tire swing off the tree house, green mountain smoker and 36inch Blackstone grill, dog run and a hot tub.

Sunrises you can see from the porch or windows are to die for! We have 3 friendly goats that will eat out of your hands and let you love on them.

14 minutes away from Hayward Field / 11 minutes away from Autzen Stadium

House was perfect for our needs. Had a great visit from family back east. We had a fantastic weekend. Everyone loved the goats. Batman was my favorite but my sisters and others gave Oreo the 1 slot. Thank you!

Peaceful Country Getaway with Mountain Views and Goats!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home! The property offered the perfect blend of country charm and modern conveniencen and we all enjoyed saying hello to/feeding the goats — such a fun and unique bonus!The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with four bedrooms and a large living room that gave our group plenty of room to relax. The hot tub was a great way to unwind in the evenings while taking in the peaceful garden views.We appreciated the easy access to Dexter Lake, and how close it was to town — just a short drive to downtown shops and restaurants, but far enough to feel like a true escape. Would definitely stay here again for a relaxing getaway!

Graduation Celebration

We booked this place a year out before our daughter’s graduation from UO. Everything was great! The yard is a huge space; the goats were such a fun addition; we loved the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location

Really enjoyed our stay with the goats! Just far enough away from the bustle of Eugene. The hot tub and deck were fantastic additions for our entertaining over grad weekend. Thank you!

Fantastic home

Our family joined our son to spend Thanksgiving in Eugene. The house was one of the most well equipped house that we’ve ever stayed in.. The house has four bedrooms which include two king-size bed and two full-size beds as well as two bathrooms. Initially, I wasn’t too sure about the goats, but they are super cute and very gentle to feed.. I highly recommend this house.

Weekend in Eugene

Great house and area to stay when we visited our daughter at U of O. The house was so cute, had all of the amenities one could wish for, plenty of comfortable sleeping options and lots of room to relax and hang out. Hot tub was sparkling clean and perfect. The goats were a super bonus, we loved visiting with them.

Perfect accommodations for our family weekend!

The property has everything you need to relax and enjoy family time. The host left detailed information about the property and its amenities. The home was well stocked and easy to enjoy time together, with separate and private sleeping spaces. The goats were great fun and the outdoor patio space was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Best stay ever!

We stayed here for my son’s wedding. The house was spotless and had everything anyone could possibly need for a great stay. We BBQ’d tri tip - ate out on the spacious deck and had plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Bonus to have goats on the property and being allowed to feed them treats. Great communication with host. Highly recommend this property and host. Great location close to the river, stores and town itself. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Country living with close access to town

We loved our stay here. The property is beautifully maintained with everything you could want. I loved that it felt like we were in the country, but getting back into town was so easy. There is a nice grocery store just a few minutes away. And the goats! We loved giving them treats. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Oregon Getaway

Fantastic view, tree lined yard, clean, cozy, all kinds of outdoor play equipment, games, jacuzzi, and of course the adorable, friendly goats! The house had everything we needed, including coffee pods and the host responded quickly to questions. It was fantastic!

We had a wonderful time. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we could need, including goat treats! We all enjoyed the goats immensely. Hot tub was lovely. Tetherball was fun too, even at night because the ball glows!

Great house

This house was perfect for our needs. The only thing I would not is the common room did not have the futon beds mentioned in the listing. It didn’t bother us as we didn’t need the extra sleeping space. Loved having two living rooms so the teens could play in one while the adults rested in the other. Kitchen was well stocked. Would 100% stay again.

Great location. And goats!

Kids loved playing with the goats every day. Great location for us as we celebrated a friend’s 60th birthday (away from property at their place). Oh, also there are ample board games and a slot machine/arcade that kept us busy when we were not playing tetherball.

Great stay for our relay team!!

Our 4x400 relay team and dads stayed at the house for the National meet at Hayward Field. They loved that the house was a short distance from the city - very quiet and peaceful getaway, yet still an easy drive back to the stadium. Comfortable home, plenty of space, they loved all the outdoor activities in the yard and the goats! Well equipped kitchen. Easy access and great communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

Fun place

We stayed at four VRBOs on this trip, two more expensive but this was the family favorite, because of the goats. The house i clean, (no goat or livestock smell), there are toys inside and out and movies and it is well stocked. The tree-house was fun and the hot tub welcome. Everything worked. Five stars were earned.

World Athletic Championships Stay

The property was very well set up (thanks for a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and appropriate utensils) in a very lovely location only a short drive to Eugene. The yard was immaculate, the goats were a real treat and we enjoyed using the outdoor sport equipment that was available. We had an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful property outside the hustle and bustle

Had a wonderful 2 night stay. The house was gorgeous and has fantastic amenities. There is a Blackstone grill in the back that we made some fantastic steaks on and a Traeger smoker that we did not use. There are plenty of dishes and silverware. The goats are super nice and very loving too!
