The Flats on Baymont Street are located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, just one block from the main thoroughfare and the Sand Pearl entrance to the beach.
Enjoy access to the newly completed pool located bayside at 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away.

The Space:
Check-in at 3pm
Check-out at 10am

-Kitchen is sufficiently supplied with a full-size stove, refrigerator and microwave. Utensils, dishware, glassware, and coffee cups are provided along with a coffee maker.
-Shower essentials are provided.
-Towels and bed linens are provided.
The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival.
Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available for rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee.

Guest Access:
Unit access is self-check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, next door to the original Frenchy's Cafe and two blocks from Sand Pearl Resort and the beach. You will find an assortment of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Fish off the access to the intercoastal one block away.

Please note that this unit is located on the ground level, and some street noise may be present.
