4/1/2025 UPDATE: Turtle's Tiki Bar & Grille and Shima Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar are open to our rental guests. Sundial Resort is offering Sundial Daycation passes from Wednesday to Sunday (main pool, beach chair, and umbrella service) on a limited basis through March 31, 2026 (reservation required: 866-565-5093 or sundialresort.com for details and cost). Also, discounted Sundial Resort day passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis ($25/day adults, $15/day kids) with valid proof of rental booking. No advanced reservations accepted. Availability of these day passes is not guaranteed,d as advance sale day passes can sell out.

Offering partial Gulf views from its screened lanai, Sundial I406 is a meticulously renovated 4th-floor studio condo with all-new furnishings and inventory. This inviting retreat offers a comfortable, luxurious experience, ideal for both short weekend escapes and extended stays.

This Sanibel Island vacation rental is part of the luxurious Gulf-front Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. Our guests can access many of the resort's amenities, including the beach, community pool by your building, tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ Grills, and resort restaurants and spa. With all the comforts of home, Sundial I406 offers a memorable, rejuvenating stay on Sanibel Island.

Island Christmas Stay

First time staying at a studio and it went better than we expected. Being able to close off the bedroom if needed worked well. We would use this unit again.

Our stay was good but......

Our stay was good, we had some issues with our TV, I understood that laundry was in our room and it was not, and I didn't appreciate the treatment given to us by the Resort area of our building. I was aware that we were not going to be able to use some of the Resort amenities, but they made us feel very segregated, I wish would have been more clear where our pool was and what we could and could not use. It was very confusing and the Resort area was not very nice about it.

Excellent location, nice building, nice pool.

The location was excellent. This is what you pay for. It's a quick walk to the pool, which is next to the beach. The property is on the fourth floor, and since we wanted the exercise, we took the stairs. However, the elevator was always available if we wanted. The condo itself is not modern or luxurious by any means, but was fine with us. The pictures don't hide that, so we knew what we were getting. We paid for the location, not a posh space. We did not care that we didn't have access to the resort as some have complained about, as we preferred the less crowded pool, and went out for restaurant meals, anyway. Overall we had a very good stay.

Great place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! We had everything we needed....beach, pool, pickleball courts, bike trails... We did have some issues with the internet and the dishwasher was broke but they took care of these issues right away. Would stay here again!

BEST vacation ever!

I don't know where to begin. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was very kind. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The resort has a little general store that has everything you need and good restaurants....you don't have to leave unless you want to explore. The beach was not crowded and everyone was so polite. Everywhere we went, people were so friendly. Now about our room... It was AMAZING! My husband and I and our 2 Grands had plenty of room. It was spotless and everything we needed was suplied...including dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. The bed was heavenly. Also the couch hide a bed was surprisingly comfortable. I can't wait to return :) We loved it! Thank you for the BEST vacation ever!!!

Calling it a one bedroom is being generous, it was more a hotel room with a kitchenette

While the view was nice, and you’re close to the beach, the room(s)? were Spartan. The tiny kitchen was minimally equipped, and the sink was too small to fit much in to wash. It became a “one bedroom “ by closing a folding wall. Fortunately the weather was nice enough that we didn’t spend much time in the unit.

We had a wonderful time.

The condo served us well. The only negative was the air conditioning. It seemed to run hard for a short time, make it very cold and then not restart till it was very stuffy. The way the bed is set up it is very difficult for the cool air to get in that area.

Oceanview Paradise

The room decor was perfectly done. Great view of the ocean from the screened in balcony. Close to everything you need. We loved Sanibel so much! Several island style restaurants and everything within a 15 min drive. We rented bikes on Sanibel and really enjoyed the great bike paths. I highly recommend renting or bringing a bike its definitely worth it. The resort has tons of things to do and the room has everything you need including beach chairs. We plan on coming back soon!
