Sleeping arrangement: New King bed in Master bedroom, New King bed in second bedroom, New Queen sofa sleeper in family room. Twin daybed w/twin trundle in lanai.

Fish are plentiful by the pier. Some of the most common fish caught are Snapper, Sheephead, Jack Cravale, mackerel, lady fish, sea trout, snook, redfish, tarpon. Etc. Very easy fishing that the whole family can enjoy.

Mariner Pointe has deeded beach access on the gulf side at the end of Lindgren blvd. It's approximately a 5-7 minute bike ride to the beach .

There are so many great beaches on the Island that it's great to visit a different one every time you go. Sanibel Island is known for the best shelling beaches on the Western Hemisphere! There are several beaches within walking distance to Mariner Pointe, including the private beach that Mariner Pointe has deeded access to behind Tortuga Beach Club. (only a 5 minute bike ride or 15 walk from condo - at the end of Lindgren Blvd.) Bailey's & Lighthouse beach are also very close by.
