RECENTLY LISTED! Take advantage of low prices our first few months, as this is a new listing and we want to fill it and get reviews. This is 4 bedroom (1 bedroom is located in finished basement) 1600 Sqft home, with plenty of space, and can sleep up to 9 guest(3Queen Beds and a full size). It has a few rough edges as my wife and I renovated the majority of this home by ourselves, to give it a modern touch, if you are put off by small cosmetic imperfections, this may not be the home for you. We prefer Airbnbers with experience, and understand that this home is our personal living space when we are in the area.

TRASH:

Please make sure your trash is taken out on trash day. To avoid additional fees please make sure all trash is bagged up properly and taken out on trash day. All trash bags MUST be tied and secured!

If trash is not properly tied and discarded on trash day there will be a $75 fee


Events/Parties

EVENTS AND PARTIES MUST BE DISCLOSED. There is a different rate for events and parties.(Select 10 guest for event pricing)

There are 3 Queen beds and a full size bed if you need to someone can sleep on the couch

Large LED Tv with Netflix, and a comfortable sofa for you to sink in and relax.

Kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, Oven/Stove microwave, fridge, cookware, coffee maker, cutlery. Knife set, and basic cookware
The kitchen has seating for 4

Dining room:

Marble dining room table with seating for 6

Basement:

Finished basement has 1 bedroom and entertainment area



Early checkin:
Need to check in a little earlier then 4? I can offer early check in at 2 for an additional $50

Late checkout
Need to check in a little later then 10? I can offer late check out of noon for an additional $50

Parking:

Driveway parking only. No street parking!
