My family stayed at this amazing little gem while I was having surgery at the nearby hospital. Brian could not have been more wonderful. It was the perfect place for my family to rest and recharge after a long day of sitting at the hospital. Lots of places to get something to eat and if anything is forgotten while packing, there were stores very close to get it. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Hopefully I never have to have surgery again but if anyone in my family has need to be there, Brian and his property is the first place I’m looking for someplace to stay.

This property put us close to everything, great neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful - lovely property. Property Manager was very helpful and accessible for any additional needs.

Charming

Clean calm corner in Berkley

Just stayed a few days while visiting family in the area. Location is in a quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets. Everything was clean and the instructions were clear and simple.

Beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown. Had a little problem with the exterior door doorknob, but got it figured out. Super clean. Mattresses were really comfortable.

Comfortable oasis

Loved staying at this house. I love being in this neighborhood and having a short walk to downtown Berkley. So nice and quiet. This is a small house but it feels way bigger than it looks. They have maximized this space ingeniously.

Great Location

We were on a whirlwind trip but enjoyed a couple of nice walks through the neighborhood. Very safe. House had nice updates and Brian was very responsive.

Charming!

Charming house in a charming neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, and close to restaurants/ grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. It was the perfect location for our family event. Thank you Brian!

Great stay in Detroit suburbs!

The house was a great location for all of our favorite Detroit area activities - the zoo, DIA, downtown Berkeley and Royal Oak loacl shops, etc.Everything matched the listing and Brian was very easy to communicate with on check in and check nout. We had no.iss

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient

This is a well-maintained property in Berkely, which has a small town feel with a quaint downtown including many unique shops and eating options. The house is on a quiet residential street with friendly people walking their dogs, working in their yards and kids playing at the nearby playground. The interior was spotless and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and updated. The yard was neat and trim with a very inviting patio, which I did not get a chance to use much as I was busy most of the day. There is also easy access to freeways to get anywhere around Detroit in short order. Brian, the owner, is easily reached and responsive if any questions come up. This is a no-brainer--you will enjoy the stay here!!
