Phenomenal

We were blown away at how amazing the house and location were. That pool was perfect. The basketball hoop and that it had a deep end put it over the top. It was a nice sized pool for 8 adults. The dock! The kids love fishing off the dock. They caught several fish (catch and release) and the best part was the wildlife. We got to see dolphins and manatees! Right from the porch and also riding the kayaks around the neighborhood inlets. This has been the best house we’ve stayed at. We can’t wait to come back!

Nothing needed – everything provided!

We should have flown in rather than driving nine hours with a truckload full of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, towels, etc. This truly is a turnkey vacation rental, all but the food is provided. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was delightful after being at the beach during the day and the fishing off the dock tons of fun. Kayaking was lovely as well and we were able to see dolphins and manatees. There were no bioluminescence in the water this trip though. Other than that it was absolutely perfect.

HURRICANE DEBBY PLAYED HAVOC ON OUR TRIP. ABBY WAS FANTASTIC IN COMMUNICATION WITH US AND HELPED US NAVIGATE THROUGH ALL THE HOOPS. HER REPLY TO OUR MESSAGES WERE QUICK, THOROUGH, AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. IF WE GET BACK TO COCOA BEACH, WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE.

Relaxing Family Vacation with Plenty of Activities

We highly enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and up to date with lots of activities for the entire family. We enjoyed the pool, fishing of the dock, taking the kayaks out into the intracoastal, biking to the beach and our kids loved the foosball table and video games. Location is great -- close to all the restaurants and shopping.

AMAZING!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Anytime I needed something or had a question Abbey responded immediately!! The river is amazing and it was so nice having a private pool and kayaks/paddle boards provided! My family will definitely be staying here again!

Great place

Very nice house in a great neighborhood. It is close to everything you need and you can watch shuttle launches from the back deck. The beds and showers are good as well.

Family trip

Property is perfect for all ages! The water in the back with the use of kayaks and paddle board were a huge win. Manatees and dolphins in the backyard and good fishing. Pool and hot tub!

Beautiful and quiet place

My family and fiancé stayed here and enjoyed every minute of it. We loved being able to fish off the dock and just spend quality time together. Also the food around Cocoa Beach was not a disappointment. Definitely would recommend this place. Just a tip this place is extremely family friendly.

This is by far one of the Best Properties we have ever stayed in. The home was beautiful and perfect for our family stay. Abbey was wonderful to work with. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at this beautiful home!

Not much more you could ask for…

Beautiful property with every amenity. Perfectly maintained. Great location as well. Walk to the beach, bike to restaurants, stores, etc, and paddle board or kayak right in the backyard! The pool was immaculate as well and was put to good use! Abbey was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. We would love to stay again!

Great waterfront home close to the beach!

Great waterfront home close to the beach! We were able to bring our boat, and the numerous paddleboards and kayaks were a hit! Just a few blocks away from the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach, both of which are easily accessible by car or the bikes at the home that are for guest use. We got to see two rocket launches and had a fun time on the water and at the beach and walking the downtown area. A great place to take the family!

Perfect for all ages

This property was perfect for us! We were a group of 7 ranging from the age of 8 to 50. The property kept each one of us entertained with plenty to do. You can’t beat being on the waters edge. The location is very ideal. So close to the beach with parking. We got to see manatees and dolphins right behind the house and we got to see them again when we took the kayaks out. We were also fortunate enough to see a rocket launch! We would all come back!

Wonderful Stay in Cocoa Beach

We had a fantastic time during our stay, and wish we could have stayed longer! The property is in excellent condition, and there are tons of amenities that helped us enjoy the stay. The game room was a hit, as were the kayaks, bikes, and pool (althought the pool was a bit on the cold side this time of year). The location is fantastic, just a quick drive to the beach to watch the sunrise or an offshore lightning storm, and close to downtown Cocoa Beach for restaurants (LOVED the Tiny Turtle) and shops. We especially enjoyed having the kayaks and paddleboards available - the canal is perfect for learning how to paddleboard and as a starting point for kayak adventures to the mangrove tunnels just a short paddle away. We even had dolphins in the canal right off our dock! The owners were super responsive - we had a small problem with the electronic door lock suddenly failing (possibly battery issue) and they told us where we could find a backup key and then how to replace the batteries (and they reimbursed us for our time in fixing the lock). The house is extremely well stocked with coffee, condiments, and all the soap and shampoo that is needed. A great house and a wonderful time. We'd love to come back!

The perfect base for a visit to the space coast

Looking at this property on photos and a map gives only a faint ide of the quality of this home. In the provided ocean kayaks you reach unspoiled beautiful mangrove isles in minutes, paddling with dolphins and manatees. On the proviede bicycles, you are at the beach or the old town in minutes. If you want to wathc a rocket launch the beach is a perfect spot.A beauiful, fully equipped, quiet place, close to everything.

Fantastic!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this house is a gem. The sparkling pool, the canal with dock behind the house and the covered picnic tables got a lot of use from our family. From the oldest (86) to the youngest (27), this house delighted. Plenty of room and privacy but lots of space for together time. Abbey is a wonderful host and has thought of everything! Bring your swim suits and grab some groceries- that’s all you’ll need
