We enjoyed our stay. The house had pretty much everything we needed for a fun filled week at the beach. We seen dolphins and manatees right in the back yard.

Cute house in a great location. Beds were comfortable and appliances seemed brand new. Could use a deep clean and some minor repairs but nothing major. Had issues with the hot tub but they came and took care of it immediately. The pool is nice and being on the canal was awesome - we fished and saw alligators, manatee, and dolphin all from the backyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were a hit. We saw multiple manatees, dolphins and other aquatic life right from the back yard. It an easy half mile walk to restaurants and bars.

This house was great. Owners were immediately responsive when we had questions. Very clean with a lot of beach and canal “toys”. We saw a dolphin, several manatees, a sea turtle and a sea horse in the canal. Hot tub and pool were amazing. Property is so close to everything. We would stay here again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The backyard with the pool and river was amazing. My daughter and one of her friends were able to video a manatee while out on the kayak. We will definitely return if we are back in the area.

Everything was amazing. Pool and hottub were clean and the kids loved them. Kayaks were also amazing. Great fishing! Dolphins and manatees came right up to the backyard!

Really was a great place and seemed to have everything. Kayaking in the river was the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 1 week for spring break at the canal house. It was incredible! We fished, went kayaking, and took the bicycles out for ice cream at the Fat Donkey. Home was with walking distance to the beach. Beautiful area. The pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. From the backyard we swung in the swings while watching dolphins and manatees swim by. We cannot wait to come back and visit again!

We loved our stay! Went kayaking everyday and saw dolphins right behind the house multiple times! Communication with Zareh and Amanda was great, 10/10 :-) The pool was great too!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house was as described. Great communication and location with nice amenities. My husband was even able to kayak beside a dolphin in the inlet behind the house!

Great villa in Cocoa Beach

We had a great stay. Villa is in a good and quiet location, - was very clean, has a great pool and huge hot tub. Very peaceful and relaxing by the pool watching all the wildlife. Saw manatees in canal right outside villa. Loads of beach stuff, kayaks and fishing poles provided. Communication with Zareh was great.

Great location, Canal, pool, hot tub fun

We rented for 3 weeks in Feb 2025. Split design with plenty of space to entertain guests in and out. Paddle board and kayaks w/life jackets provided plus 4 beach bikes w/helmets Great location. Kitchen could use pots, pans, tableware

Awesome

Zareh provided excellent communication and service. Quiet neighborhood on the canal with kayaks and paddle board, bikes, hot tub and pool. Lots of dolphins, birds and fish. Loved it!

Wonderful stay!!

This home was as close to perfect as it gets for us-clean, close to walking trail and downtown beach area. Use of the kayaks and bikes was a big plus. The hot tub worked great as well. On top of all of that, the neighbors were so nice and helpful-one of them even gave us a boat ride through the mangroves! The host was very responsive when needed! We hope to return next year!

The view and the area could not be any better.The home was very clean and more home essentials were provided than we expectes which is always a plus.Our only negative is the broken couches in the livingroom.... held together by screws and very uncomfortable. The outdoor couches were also weather damaged.We would definitely book again if a few changes were made for addes safety/ comfort.

Exceptional All Around

This property was everything we wanted and more! It was very clean, and had plenty of extras that we used like bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs and boogie boards. My husband and I walked on the beach each morning and kayaked to find dolphins and manatees each evening. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great location with pool

Nice property with the essentials. The pool was wonderful and where we spent most of our time. It was close to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. You could fish right from the backyard although we caught nothing. There was a bit of an ant issue in the kitchen and guest bath but there was spray.

Fabulous home in cocoa beach

What a gem! Quiet neighborhood with minutes to beach, shopping and restaurants. Newly remodeled and fashionable. Hot tub and pool are amazing and steps away from bay inlet. We rocked in hanging chairs at the bay’s water edge. Watched sunset from the pool and star-gazed in hot tub! Hard to leave the house and go to the beach! So peaceful and lovely.
