Not enough time taken to prep apartment between visitors
Property was very nice, however the management logistics ended up limiting our vacation time.
Property manager was responsive. However, we ran into many issues. Before I list them, note the apartment was clean, nice, and the view from balcony was beautiful.
Issues:
- Upon check in the apartment number was not labeled correctly. Was missing the letter by the number. After trial and error we figured out which one it is.
- Wifi instructions were wrong. Since the owner and property manager wouldn't provide a direct contact we could reach out a family member (who lives in another country) had to communicate back and forth because without wifi they couldn't send pics of issues property manager kept asking for so he can report the issue. ONLY because one family member happen to have a MX based phone # was the family able to talk to each other then the family member in the other country to communicate back to the property manager.
- Towels were ragged. Rec'd n an hr.
- No placements to use to not leave heat stains on dining table. Rec'd a few days later.
- Microwave was broken. Record new one ~3 days. BUT ended up waiting around all day 1 day for service guy to come by. Missed out on plans.
- Shower drains were clogged. Fixed ourselves because couldn't shower. Was backed up a lot from prior visitors.
- Beds were uncomfortable. Hard.
While the apt, grounds, and view was nice. There were too many issues. We were allowed to check out 2 hrs late so that was appreciated.
