Space Description:
The East House is a unique space that features three floors of living, including a spacious loft and bonus space in the finished cellar. There is also a large yard with plenty of room to relax, play, entertain and practice your short game on our new putting green.

The first floor has central heat and AC, includes a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with island seating for four and a beverage station for all your entertaining needs. The formal dining room seats 12, and the relaxing living area features a cozy fireplace with plenty of comfortable seating. Off the main living space, there are two bedrooms, a full bath with a stand-up shower, and an en suite full bath. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed with an en suite featuring a large walk-in shower. Bedroom two has one queen bed, one twin-sized bed and a crib.

Upstairs you enter the spacious loft where you can work, play, lounge, or sleep on the LoveSac sofa. There is a large full bathroom upstairs with a tub, shower combo, and double vanity. Bedroom three has two queen-sized beds, while bedroom four has three twin-sized beds.

Downstairs the finished cellar boasts a bar area with fireplace, lounge area with 65" smart TV, arcade games including Golden Tee and NBA Jam, shuffleboard, and separate laundry facilities with half bath. There is also an office nook with computer monitor and wireless printer.

Outside, the backyard oasis has everything you need to have a great time with friends and family. Cook up a family feast on the Weber Genesis S435 Gas Grill and dine outside with seating for 12. Relax with a good book or watch your favorite game/ movie on the 55" SunBrite TV under the heated, covered patio. Play a game of wiffle ball or corn hole in the large yard or even practice your short game on the new putting green.

For safety and security, we have active external cameras in the following locations: front doorbell camera, side doorbell camera, motion activated flood light above garage door, camera facing basement door and camera facing extended backyard.
There are also two motion sensors for the Xfinity alarm system in the living room and first floor hallway that cannot record sound or video. They are standard motion sensors provided by Xfinity with no recording or streaming capabilities. Sensors are only active when the alarm is engaged.

Neighborhood Description:
The village of Padanaram is a quaint seaside town located on Buzzards Bay with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Walk to local restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops, boutiques, grocery, salons & spas. Enjoy the local beaches and swim, lounge, play, fish, shellfish, boat, kayak, or paddleboard. You can also enjoy live entertainment over the bridge in the summer at Apponagansett park.
Located 0.9 miles from the East House, you can walk or drive to Apponagansett Park/ Arthur F. Dias Town Landing/ Knowles Reserve.
Apponagansett is a perfect place for family recreation. Play at the playground, volleyball, or basketball courts, enjoy a picnic, search the beach for seashells and hermit crabs, or walk the neighboring trails at Knowles Reserve. Parking during the summer months is $10/ day. Next to the park is Arthur F. Dias Town Landing, where you can launch your power boat, sailboat, paddleboard, or kayak at the public boat launch. You can also fish or shellfish with the proper licenses. Parking during the summer months is $5/day
Knowles Beach, located 0.8 miles from the East House, is tucked beside the Padanaram harbor. This small beach, known to locals as "family beach," is one of the best spots to dig for quahogs in Dartmouth, with a Dartmouth shellfishing license. Parking is free but limited, with space for only 6/7 cars along smith neck road.
Round Hill Beach, located 4.9 miles from the East House, is a long, sandy beach exclusive for Dartmouth residence and their guests (you must have a valid beach sticker https://dartmouthma.portal.opengov.com/categories/1085/record-types/1006529.). Listen to the sweet sounds of summer: rolling waves, calling gulls, and kids playing in the sand. The Bay’s waters are usually calm here, which makes the beach perfect for families to swim.

Getting Around:
Padanaram Village is a quick walk from the East House. There is on-street parking and off-street parking behind the Sail Loft. Parking is also available for a daily fee at Apponagansett Park and Arthur F. Dias Town Landing when using the beach or boat ramp.
