The Guest House features a queen bed on the lower level, and a queen bed area along with a private room with two twin beds on the upper level. There are porches overlooking the water on both levels of the Guest House, air conditioning, a bathroom and living area. Both the Main House and Guest House overlook Nannaquaket Cove which opens to the Sakonnet River and Mt Hope Bay. The home is outfitted with kayaks, a blow-up paddleboard and canoe. There are indoor and outdoor games and a "boat load" of water toys and floats. There's also a badminton, volleyball and croquet set. The front wraparound porch and vine covered patios offer outdoor shade on hot summer days. There is an enclosed outdoor hot water shower for washing off sand from the nearby ocean beaches.
