The owner/director of Masakali, Suzanne, practiced law since 2004. She took her law practice virtual in 2016 so she could travel the world. She has been to 128 countries so far. In her travels, she found Bali. It was so beautiful and serene. The Balinese people were so kind, their culture so rich and she found an indescribable peace here like nowhere else. As such, she made a career change and started building a retreat center here - a place for others to come and reconnect with themselves, their partners and nature the way she did and this incredible, magical, and healing place called Masakali is what came of that choice.
