Blue Ridge Lodge: Handicap Accessible 8 Bedroom lodge for 20 in Hocking Hills

Our luxurious Blue Ridge Lodge sits along a ridge of 6 secluded acres (shared with its sister space: Aspen Hollow Lodge). It is an expansive, 5100 square foot space with 8 king bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

All ages welcome! We can accommodate a combination of up to 20 total adults/children. Infants under 24 months (at your time of arrival) do not count toward your totals. Only the booking agent must prove to be 28+ years of age.

FOR ADULT-ONLY GETAWAYS, SOCIAL GATHERINGS, WORK RETREATS, OR FRIEND/COUPLES TRIPS:
We can accept a maximum guest count of 16. All adults attending must be 28+ years of age.

The open floor plan was designed with your gathering in mind—a large, open two-story great room accented by an indoor stone fireplace and large chandelier. Outside, you’ll find over 2,000 square feet of covered deck to enjoy in any weather. The kitchen is cavernous and outfitted with every amenity needed to prepare gourmet meals for your entire crew. It is equipped with a large French-door refrigerator (second refrigerator on the lower level for overflow), electric range/oven, microwave, two dishwashers, and a propane grill on the back deck.

The lodge was designed specifically for handicap accessibility. This includes a low-grade ramp entrance to the front deck, a larger front door for wheelchair access, wider hallways on the first floor, a larger master suite, and a full en-suite master bath with a zero-entry tiled shower.

Additional amenities include: premium Amish rustic furniture, king-sized beds in all bedrooms including the custom bunk room, bedding/linens/towels, and a full-sized washer/dryer combo for use as needed. The pair of high-capacity tankless water heaters will provide infinite hot water to the lodge when many are in need of rejuvenating hot showers! The basement game room is outfitted with a pool table and a regulation air-hockey table. There are board games, puzzles, and children's toys aplenty. The lodge has broadband wifi, large screen smart TVs with YouTube TV (including Big Ten Network), and a landline phone.

Outside, you’ll find an outdoor stone fireplace fully under roof for cool nights, plenty of outdoor seating, and a traditional fire pit for bonfires. A large, 8-person hot tub sits on the covered lower deck for enjoyment year round.

Need space for 38? Book both Aspen Hollow Lodge and Blue Ridge Lodge together and traverse across footbridges to reach each lodge through the pines.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
The Hocking Lodging Company collects only the lodging total reflected in the reservation summary sent via email. This total is based on your registered and accurate guest count.

If booking is made MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR to arrival:
50% of the lease total + the full cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is automatically processed 30 days prior to the start of your reservation using the card on file. Because the cleaning fee is paid up front, the remaining balance will be lower than the initial payment.

If booking WITHIN 30 DAYS of arrival:
The full reservation total is due at the time of booking.

THIRD-PARTY (VRBO) FEES:
Any additional charges appearing on your credit card statement as Vrbo or other OTA (online travel agency) fees are collected separately and directly by Vrbo at the time of booking.
Hocking Lodging Company:
* Does not receive these fees
* Does not have visibility into these charges
* Cannot modify or include them in our billing statements

SUGGESTION: If splitting costs among guests, be sure to include both the Vrbo platform fee and the Hocking Lodging Company reservation total to calculate your true trip cost.
