Relax in this gorgeous 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, only steps away from the beach! This single-family home is in a terrific location in Wildwood Crest, and it has a heated pool in the backyard! Enjoy the large, open kitchen that comes with stainless steel appliances, including a Viking range/oven and Sub-Zero refrigerator. You have 4 bedrooms on the second floor and an additional bedroom on the 3rd floor. After a long day at the beach, wash off in the outdoor shower and relax in the heated in-ground pool or hang out on the covered porch in the front of the house! Don't worry about finding parking as there is space for 2 cars in the driveway.

It was a wonderful experience and gave us some lasting memories. The location of this property is great as you can spend the morning at the beach and the afternoon relaxing by the pool. Overall they were responsive and all messages were rather quick to be addressed via email.

This was our second year staying at this property in Wildwood crest and we absolutely love our time there. The house is great for our needs, my kids loves swimming in the pool and we love the close access to the beach. I am hoping we can make this a tradition each year. The team is very good about informing me on everything I need before my vacation.

Beautiful home!

The house was accurately described in the listing....it was gorgeous. We enjoyed the inside as well as the outside pool and front porch. Communication with the property management was flawless and very efficient. We would recommend the rental to everyone.

wonderful property

spacious house! very close to the beach (1.5 blocks) Communication with the property managers was very good (emails and texts were responded to very quickly). The neighborhood is also very family-friendly and much quieter than the main Wildwood area (which is what we wanted). Will definitely consider this house again

Beautiful well maintained property! Close to the beach, great natural light throughout the house Beautifully decorated, lots of space, ocean view from the top bedroom and a pool!!! A perfect house for our vacation week and close to our daughter’s wedding venue Also parking for 2-3 cars in driveway! We had a very very minor issue with ice machine and coffee maker and they were resolved within minutes! The staff was a quick text away and responded immediately to any question or concern!

Shaky start with great ending!

When we arrived there were some issues with cleanliness of the property and the pool. The disposal was broke and the circuit breaker was shut off. This turned off the lights in the downstairs bathroom. When reported to the property owner everything was addressed right away! They were very reponsive and went above and beyond to assure our stay was great!

Hi Robin, Thank you very much for the positives that you mentioned about our responsiveness and going above & beyond to make sure your stay was great. We also would like to address a few of your comments from the review. Having a professional quality cleaning is very important to us, and when you mentioned some of the downstairs flooring was sticky and that there were a couple crayons downstairs, we had another cleaner come back as soon as possible for these two items. As for the pool, we get it serviced once per week, and right after your arrival we had a team member bring over a vacuum for the pool & provided you with instructions on how to use this throughout your trip. When you let us know the garbage disposal wasn’t working, we brought this up to our maintenance team and had someone come to the property that same day. Since our maintenance team was not able to fix the garbage disposal, we called our plumber right away. He went there to install the new garbage disposal, but when he arrived at the property, he realized there was an electrical issue connected to the garbage disposal, so we contacted a few electricians, and unfortunately they weren’t able to come during your stay. Our team always tries handling any sort of issue or inconvenience as soon as possible, and we apologize that we were not able to get the garbage disposal working during your stay. July 4th vacation

Spent July 4th week in Wildwood with my wife, daughters and grandchildren. With a few small exceptions, couldn't have been a better experience. House is great. Open, spacious and very comfortable. Kids spent hours each day in the pool. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Block and a half from a great beach. Short, easy walk. Real easy to get around. Little to no traffic or congestion at stores, attractions. Really great area with plenty to do. Communication with the rental company was exceptional. We had a few maintenance issues when we first got there, which were dealt with immediately. Very professional and customer service oriented. Would definitely go back.

About my stay

It is a gorgeous home, well decorated in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood! I had a few issues during my stay, such as the pool was a little dirty and unheated (it was described they had heated pool, it was important for me). I immediately spoke to them and they responded really quickly, but only could get people over to fix the days after. The pool took forever to heat, they only got the pool cleaned by Sunday and I got there on Friday. This was big disappointment for me and my guests, as the weather wasn't helping and we booked the house with a pool for a reason. Also, keep in mind they have two cameras pointing to the pool, which left me and my guests uncomfortable, I, myself did not use the use the pool for this reason. I understand they might have it for security purposes but could be pointing to other spots that wouldn't be pointing to the pool specifically. The house is really spacious, the rooms fit people properly, just as described. The beds are incredible comfortable, upstairs where the room area is, is really silent, well furbished, really amazing!! They do not provide enough cleaning supplies, only few paper toilets rolls and no paper towels. Despite all described, I will go ahead and give them five stars because I would be back if they would make adjustments as described above. The management crew were really friendly and kept in touch with me, they've helped me as far as they could. Thank you!

Hi Isabela, Thank you very much for the 5 star review. While we greatly appreciate your 5 star review, we also want to address a few of your comments. The pool was just filled a few days prior to your arrival, and the pump had also been recently installed. The pool itself was clean, although the plaster was stained due to some renovations that were recently done, so this is why the pool may have initially appeared a little dirty to you. We addressed your concern about the pool right away on the Friday you arrived. We refunded you $1,000 for your first night there, delivered a new pool skimmer to you shortly after your arrival, and we offered to extend your stay from the 10:00am check-out on Monday until 6:00pm free of charge, so this way you could enjoy an extra day in the heated pool. We worked very hard to ensure the heater was working during your stay. We were told that our pool company was fixing the heater on Saturday morning, and while they were not able to fix the heater on Saturday, we were able to get this fixed for you on Sunday morning. While we’re very sorry the pool heater didn’t work for you on Friday evening and Saturday, we did everything we could to get the heater working as soon as possible. As for the exterior cameras in the backyard, we mentioned to you during your stay that the cameras were not turned on. The owners had them installed for security purposes, but the cameras were not active during your stay, which we mentioned to you on the phone. The owners said they're going to have the cameras removed in the backyard, so this way it’s not an issue for future guests. We also want to mention that in addition to the toilet paper, all of our welcome bags have a starter role of paper towels for you. Again, we appreciate you choosing us for your vacation and leaving a 5 star review. Thank you, Experience Vacation Rentals
