LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
Living area offers dining for 2, flatscreen tv, queen size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and queen size bed. Also includes armoire, drawers and luggage rack.

BED/BATH
This studio apartment has one queen bed (sleeps 2) and one queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). Full bath with shower/tub

OUTDOOR AREAS
This property includes a private lanai with park/city view.

The luxurious Luana Waikiki community boasts a sun deck overlooking the park, pool, spa, fitness center and lounge area.

PARKING
This unit does not include parking. The Luana Waikiki building has valet parking available for $45/day. Please note parking is managed separately by the building and is subject to change at any time.

This ideally located home is tucked away at the beginning of the Waikiki strip. Nestled between the palm-tree dotted Ala Wai Canal and Fort DeRussy Beach Park, the Luana Waikiki is a short stroll to Hilton Hawaiian Bay, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Waikiki Beach and more. Easy access to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head Monument/Hike, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Waikiki Zoo, and Waikiki Aquarium.

This unit is not part of the hotel pool. This property is independently owned and managed and does not offer/include daily cleanings or linen services.

Okay Stay (not very lovely)

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was much smaller than expected. The location was fine, but the description did not state that the lanai overlooks a busy street. The room needs updating. The bathroom has no fan and the grout by the sink needs replacing. The curtains are in very rough shape. The control on the air conditioning appears to be broke. It was not possible to adjust the temperature, so the room was far too cold. We had to turn it off most of the time. The bed had only 1 lightweight blanket. There was no bead spread or comforter. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 6 day stay.

Pros Ideal location to public transportation, beach, and shopping at Waikiki Pool was clean and there were clean towels and ice water at the entrance with plenty of chairs and loungers. Unfortunately, the towel/liner on them aren’t changed throughout the day. Lobby has ice water, water cooler, and coffee early mornings. Unfortunately, both the water and coffee are picked up earlier than convenient and is only for hotel customers. Views of the mountains particularly nice after rain to see the rainbows Hotel staff is cordial Cons Unit is extremely outdated TV was not programmed and we had to do that personally Disgusting bathroom – gross toilet, sand on the floor, mildew in the shower, by the shower on the wall, under the counter on the sink Uncomfortable mattress – it was misshapen, coils were pocking through-out, wire edge protrudes and is painful Sofa bed was also uncomfortable and the sofa aspect was extremely outdated and unattractive with stains. Dusty as though it wasn’t cleaned between guests Floor was dirty, no one bothered to sweep or mop Last straw… ants and cockroaches. We had to throw away food we had picked up for dinner and placed on the kitchen counter, which was expensive, inconvenient, and wasteful.

Location Location Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spot is conveniently a few minutes walk a way from the beach and malls. The kitchenette, gym and pool were all great extra amenities we enjoyed. The property managers and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Mahalo for the stay!
