Located in the heart of South Padre Island on a quiet road just off Route 100, this retreat puts you close to all the island's attractions. Beach access is less than a block away, making it easy to enjoy the sand and Gulf waters whenever you'd like. After a day at the beach, rinse off at the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside.

In the evenings, walk to nearby restaurants, pubs, and live entertainment, or relax back at the condo. Enjoy a drink on the balcony, take a dip in the refreshing pool, or unwind in the spacious hot tub. Free Wi-Fi and cable are provided, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

- Shared coin-operated laundry is located on the first floor. It is accessible through the pool gate on the way to the pool area.
- This condo is located on the 3rd floor. There is NO elevator.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Parking

- Parking permit required.
- One unassigned parking space is available per condo.
- Parking spaces are typical of many beach condominiums and may feel narrow, especially for full-size pickup trucks and large SUVs.
- Some longer spaces may accommodate two vehicles parked front-to-back when available.
- Please leave the laminated parking permit inside the condo before checkout. A replacement fee may apply if the permit is lost or not returned.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

Available upon request, subject to availability:

- Early check-in (1–3 hours early): $50
- Late check-out (up to 2:00 PM): $50

Damage Waiver

The total cost of your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus applicable taxes). This waiver covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property or its contents, provided the incident is reported to the host before checkout. The Damage Waiver eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed the patio in the evenings. It has a nice breeze and is high enough to for some privacy. Location was a short, easy walk to the beach. We look forward to staying here again.

The only pro i can give is the closeness to the beach, easy walk.There is a very loud humming sound in the bedroom from the locked AC closset.was so loud all night for 4 nights! The furniture was so uncomfortable, we tried making out the couch bed thinking it would be more comfortable than the couch but that was way worse.The mattress was a full size on a queen frame and so old and felt only springs when sitting on it, there is no way anyone could have slept on that. And I thought there was a washer and dryer but discovered it was 3 flights down. 2.50 to wash, then... ran the dryer for an hour to discover it never got hot. Clothes were soaking wet still. Had to hang clothes up everywhere to dry ,then they were stiff and started to smell.no dish cloths at all and only one dish towel. No pot holders just one stiff mitten. Only two wash cloths and one hand towel in bathroom for 4 days!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations. We wish you had reached out during your visit, as we would have gladly tried to address any concerns we reasonably could have, such as providing additional towels or clarifying the location of the laundry facilities, which are shared and noted in the listing. We also want to note that after checkout, our cleaning team documented multiple towels with blood stains that could not be removed and had to be discarded. While accidents certainly happen, we appreciate when guests notify us so we can handle these situations appropriately. We value all guest feedback and continue working to improve the experience for future visitors.

Great place!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away. Close to the beach and the main strip. Only complaint was the VERY small parking spots.

We had a great stay, the place was clean cold and comfortable just what we needed. Everything is close by, including the beach. The only thing we can complain about is the washer and dryer both need repair.

This is our 3rd stay at this condo. Always very clean, easy access to beach and restaurants. This condo is our go to place to stay at SPI!

The condo felt like home! The pool was beautiful, and the beach was literally steps away! It was perfect for myself & my small children!

Overall our stay was great. Location is very close to a beach entry which we walked to with our beach wagon. We did have an issue with the fridge not being cool, but I notified the host and someone came out to fix it within the hour. We had no issues after. This unit is a third floor walk up, so be aware of that for any mobility concerns. I don’t recall that mentioned anywhere in the listing and it wasn’t an issue for us except for hauling everything up at check in and back down at check out. The only con was parking. The spaces are not assigned by unit and are very very narrow. If you take a pick up truck like we did it was difficult to park in a manner where your doors weren’t blocked in. Most people figured out that you have to stagger the vehicles since the spots are long so you can get in and out without hitting the cars next to you. But not everyone does it and you are likely to get door dinged/scratched as we did on one side. We are unlikely to stay here again just because of that reason and wish I knew that before booking. Sedans or small SUVs should be okay but if you’re larger you still might not have enough room to open your car door all the way to get in and out.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the parking. The parking area is shared by the condominium complex, with one unassigned space per condo, so we unfortunately don't have control over the size of the spaces or how neighboring vehicles park. Larger trucks may find the spaces tighter than smaller vehicles. For future guests, the listing also notes that the condo is located on the third floor and that there is no elevator, so guests with mobility concerns can plan accordingly. Perfect for us!

Great location and EXCELLENT communication from host! It was super quiet and in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach in maybe 4 minutes tops. It looked bigger than the pictures so that was a nice surprise :)

Nice property in a well-maintained complex. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and very comfortable. Complex was quiet. Short walk to the beach. Book it!

South Padre Stay

This property is exactly what it says it is! Walking distance to just about all you would need whilr on vacation, we didnt use our car at all! Very easy access and leaving getting in and out of condo. Gave a 4 on cleanliness as it coiuld of used a good dusting (ceiling fans and around air vents) but nothing crazy!

I enjoyed the property. It was within walking distance (2 minutes) of the beach and right around the corner from restaurants. Other things were within easy driving distance. Definitely a great stay.

Loved everything about our stay. 3rd floor may be hard for some tho but I enjoyed the challenge lol. Can’t think of a thing I didn’t like! Would recommend!
