Welcome to Easy Street by Big Fish Real Estate Group at Lake Martin! Easy Street is perfect for larger families or for those looking to combine family vacations! You really don't want to miss this beautiful view at Easy Street! This two-story home has 5 bedrooms, a boathouse, a covered porch that wraps around, and a screened-in porch, and a game room! Grab you a cup of coffee from the drip coffee pot and enjoy lounging under the covered patio and soaking in this beautiful view! For dinner head to the back porch and grill up your favorite on the Weber bullet. (Charcoal or wood chunks) Or smoke something up on the smoker!
Three of the bedrooms are master bedrooms. They are equipped with a king bed with ensuites. You'll find two master bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have three full-size beds in each. Upstairs you'll also find a game room with a hockey table, books, and games perfect for the kiddos! This home is perfect for a family getaway with the kids, cousins, or grands!

Easy Street is 15 minutes away from Alexander City, 25 from Dadeville, and an hour to Auburn.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
This is a no-smoking property
Exterior cameras may be in use.
No pets allowed
Boat lift use for OWNERS ONLY
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
**EXTERIOR cameras located on property Cameras will not be monitored unless there is some type of emergency situation or for security reasons when the house is in use**

Wonderful Stay!

This place had it all! Plenty of room, full, beautiful views, stocked kitchen, great location, paddle boards, float pad, cleanliness, plenty of seating, plenty of towels…..this made for an easy get away. Will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Lake House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Amazing view and home!

House was newer and wonderful. My guess would be the house is 2 to 3 years old and very clean. Plenty of space and great view. Very nice to have the small marina to get gas for the boat and jet skis only 3 min away as well as the Landings restaurant which is also 3 min boat ride and food is great. We will be back for sure and you can’t go wrong if you rent this unbelievable house!

Family gathering

We loved the house and view. But when we arrived, all the cleaning equipment had been left in the kitchen. Also there no washcloths anywhere Hot water didn’t work in an upstairs bathroom And the garbage can drawer would not stay closed. Other than that, it was a great house

Annual Family Gathering

We’ve been visiting LM for the last 15 years. We loved this part of the lake. Beautiful view, calm and clear water. The house dock was in extremely poor condition. The trusses are broken and wood on deck is rotten/holes making it unsafe. The house is stunning, well constructed and clean. It is very strange that there are No curtains and Lots of windows. We felt exposed in the bathrooms/bedrooms. One of the areas we enjoyed was the patio facing the lake. Lots of comfortable seats. Overall we loved our stay here but hope the dock safety is addressed.

Caution notice

Good stay. Enjoyed it. Something for you to note. If you dive off the left side of the dock there are two posts sticking off the bottom of the lake about 5 ft. In 10 ft of water. If someone were to dive in and hit the post could be serious harm . Check it out.aiinjuryppostpost..ouldcoua one there could be serious injury.

Exceeds expectations

The house per se was perfect as well as the location for the 24 annual reunion of college friends who are all around 80 years old. Terrific kitchen for cooking dinners with spectacular view of lake with many windows in large room containing kitchen and den. Perfect for hanging out. The outdoors provided other lounging areas during the day with more views of the lake. We were lucky, water a bit cold so very peaceful with no motor and ski boats. One thing to be aware is that there are NO coverings (curtains, etc.) on the windows, bedrooms or anywhere. Didn't bother us guys but some may prefer some coverings on bedroom windows. Overall, a spectacular place that is highly recommended.

The house has plenty of beds and showers, the indoor living space is more than adequate and the outdoor porch and screened porch gave you plenty of space no matter the time of day.The width of the lake is tremendous so we were able to tube and never leave the cove. The water at the end of the dock was very deep and only a few boats were active in the area compared to the main lake so it was nice and quiet.The location was fine as well it was about a 15-20 minute ride to Kowaglia Marina and 30 minutes to chimney rock by boat but that was a very windy and choppy day so on a calmer day it would be even quicker.Highly recommend.
