Stunning 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom ranch style Lakehouse that sleeps 18 comfortably. There are 3 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms & a bunk room. The beautiful vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, A frame window w/ panoramic lake views, tongue and groove cedar walls are just a few gorgeous details that make this house special. The house is thoughtfully decorated with local artwork. The large stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a big family meal. There is plenty of seating for everyone with two dining tables. The bar has an additional 8 stools. The kids love the bunk room that will sleep 8. The huge covered wrap around porch is the perfect spot to watch the sunset. There is a hammock and swing on the porch too. The ceiling fans keep you cool on a hot summer day. The café lighting creates a peaceful atmosphere in the evening while reminiscing about the fun day you had. The large flat lot is a great place for the kids to play. With over 500 feet of water frontage, the setting is gorgeous and private. The views are breathtaking. Deep water all year round makes this a place to stay even during the winter months. There are two walk in beach areas, one even is a sandy beach. The new large dock has several loungers & chairs, as well as a water slide. It is big enough to park two boats. The 1800’s handcrafted gazebo that was shipped here from Bali sits on a point overlooking the lake. This gem is the perfect spot for a wedding, engagement or selfie! It is worth a walk out there to see the stunning detail for yourself. We even have a boat ramp where you can launch your own boat. There is plenty of parking for the boat trailer as well as guests cars. The large firepit sits on the waters edge and is the perfect spot to finish the evening with smores. We do provide firewood for your convenience. Our location is the best… we are directly across from The Landing at Parkers Creek & Parkers Creek Marina. We even provide plenty of kayaks & corn-hole for your enjoyment. We offer pontoon and tritoon boat rentals if needed. All rented water crafts will be delivered to the house for your convenience. Meeting in the Middle

Had wonderful gathering with 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grands. Ages from mid-sixties to one. This home is amazing. Spacious, beautiful decor, comfortably furnished, relaxing views, fully equipped kitchen, thoughtful attention to make a visit special.any nmeet

Great location

It was amazing. 13 adults with plenty of space. Loved the fire pit and outside deck. We will definitely be back. Host was really great to work with, quick response times to questions and very helpful.

Great Location for a Family Vacation

Our multigeneration collection of family had a great time at Deerpoint. The location is excellent and the house is well laid out for family fun. Property manager was easy to work with and responsive. Likely planning to return with family in the future. Pro *Best VRBO beds that we have ever slept on. All of the King/Queen beds had excellent mattresses and we had no complaints from the kids *Kitchen is reasonably equipped for larger groups *Boat ramp and beach made launching boats and kayaks extremely easy with nice access from fixed dock to water *Very close to Landing/Parkers Creek Marina Cons *If you max out the beds then seating at meal time can be a little challenging unless you eat outside. *Water has a strong order/taste may choose to bring a brita filter/bottled water if desired. *Older home that has character, but has some uneven surfaces that could be an issue for mobility challenged individuals.

Beautiful lake

Host was very helpful. Spacious parking lot. Kids room can fit 8 kids. House is old (do not expect anything luxury), but has everything for your stay. Perfect for water activities! We enjoyed our time!

Great home and location

Home had everything needed, didn't have to look for anything outside of what was offered. Location was excellent, beautiful neighborhood. Lake is beautiful. We'll rent the home again I'm sure.

Great stay!

We had three generations for a five-night stay at Deer Point and it was a wonderful get-away! The bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved hanging out on the porch, dock, and fire pit areas. The kids loved swimming right in front of the house between the boat launch and the pier. We even had an engagement under the pavilion !! What a special time together!! I’d suggest adding an umbrella to the dock area because there’s nowhere to escape the sun out there. We also had a little trouble fitting all our food in the one fridge but managed by using ice chests. We loved this vacation home and hope to return in a couple of years!

Wonderful home for family memories!

Our family just stayed at deer point for Thanksgiving. We could not have asked for a better place to make memories! Everything that you could need for your children and adults was provided. There were even gates to close off the porch so I didn't have to worry about little ones falling on the stairs! The home was nice and cozy, it felt like we were saying at a home that had been filled with years of memories and love. We will definitely be back!

Great place for a crowd.

I rented deerpoint for my daughters 21st birthday surprise. She goes to Auburn University so I surprised her with a weekend get away with 12 of her closest friends from Auburn and home. I hosted a brunch Saturday morning and it couldn’t have been a better weekend. A lot of space for a big crowd and a beautiful lot it sits on!!! We will definitely be coming back when we can rent the boat and enjoy the water!! Highly recommend!!!

This is an Awesome LakeHouse!!!Views from every window!!!! Felt very private !!! Kitchen stocked!!! AC good !!! ALOT of Extra of Everything!!!! Plenty of pillows & blankets!!! The porch was Fabulous especially if it’s raining....with lots of wonderful comfy furniture!!!! They even had life jackets for entire family!! Kids enjoyed the kayaks & other pool toys!!!! DeerPoint LakeHouse is a must see !!!! GREAT for my grandkids!!!!! And Adults ...directly across from Parker Landing!!!!We will return next year!!!! 😎

Deerpoint is special. I can honestly say there isn't a better lot on Lake Martin. It has a flat lot with 450 feet of water frontage, which is soooo hard to find here. The two zero entry beaches are incredible for younger kids. I also love how private the lot is. The gazebo on the point was shipped here from Bali and is a piece of artwork in itself. We are directly across the lake from The Landing at Parkers Creek, which is my favorite place to eat. The panoramic views are stunning. It really is just an incredible place to stay.
