Beautiful 1 BR Unit on the Boardwalk with a Pool!!

There is something magical about staying in an ocean front building but even more so when that building is also located on the boardwalk. Start your mornings with a bike ride or walk down the boardwalk and have breakfast at one of the wonderful waterfront restaurants. Not in the mood to exercise? Pour yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy the water views from your balcony. Either way, your day is starting out great! From there, get your things together and enjoy the short walk to the beach as you enjoy your fun filled day of splashing in the waves. If the sand isnā€™t your thing, youā€™ll love the indoor pool. As the sun sets, the boardwalk comes alive. There is shopping up and down the boardwalk and food options galore! Youā€™ll love watching the talented street performers and kids will love the arcades. Be sure to go to the inlet and enjoy the amusements and rides. The huge Ferris wheel is always a must see!

Located off of 12th Street, you will be strategically located and really donā€™t even need a car as the bus stop is close and the tram runs up and down the boardwalk. There are numerous fantastic restaurants nearby such as Shenaniganā€™s, Brass Balls Saloon, Barn 34, Sahara CafĆ© and our favorite the Spain Wine Bar. After dinner, youā€™ll enjoy plenty of great entertainment such as mini golf, go carts, paint ball and of course the numerous bars that have some of the best music around.

Youā€™ll love staying in this unit with its recent updates. There is new flooring throughout, new bedroom furnishings, newer kitchen table and living room. The kitchen has updated cabinetry, countertops, and appliances. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Decatur House does have an elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Unassigned spots are available on a first come/ first serve basis as well as open street parking.
* The indoor pool is open between from May 1st- October 10th
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront/ boardwalk building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 12th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Wonderful stay at this perfectly located condo in OC. Stayed here with my husband for a quick 3 night getaway. Perfect amount of space for a couple and the views of the ocean are incredible!! Host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed during the off season and it was just what we were looking for. Close to so many restaurants and a great spot on the boardwalk. The balcony was a nice size to sit and relax.

Beautiful Views & Clean Space!

We stayed here for 3 nights & absolutely loved the space! You couldn't beat the location, as it was on the quieter end of the boardwalk, but yet, so close to all the restaurants, shops, etc. Property managers were prompt about communication, as well. We would stay here again!

Everything was good. The only glitch we had was getting in the door when we first got there but we were able to get a hold of someone immediately and they were able to reset. Once that was done we had no problems the rest of the stay. It was perfect for the two of us.

The place was very nice and clean. Elevator wasn't so great smell of oil but The condo had everything we needed for our stay and a few extras , with coffee pods etc. Could use 2 new ice trays since You do have to make your own ice, Inside was quiet and I enjoyed all the beach designs, and they had stuff for kids!

The unit was great - very clean, everything needed in the kitchen to cook small meals, enough supplies to get started, and great balcony, too. I do wish the linens were just automatically included ā€œoff seasonā€ like they are in season. The king sized bed is great but the mattress is very squishy, edges worn - not very comfortable; pillows could use replacement too after summer season. Great location, great communication with property management - would definitely rent again.
