Parking: You can park up to 2 cars here, one inside the garage and one in the driveway. Please do not park in the grass or blocking the sidewalk.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, hot tub, and free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 2 cars), coffee maker, washer (in common space), and dryer.

The neighborhood around the house is known as the Beach neighborhood. It is a vibrant and diverse community with a mix of residential, commercial, and tourist areas. The neighborhood is located right on the beach, so residents and visitors alike can enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Beach neighborhood is home to a variety of businesses, including restaurants, bars, shops, and hotels. There are also a number of parks and recreation facilities in the area, including Indian Mound Park, Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier, and Pompano Beach Amphitheater.

You can get around the house by car, bus, bike, or on foot.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
