Perfect Spot

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alina’s beautiful home. It was the perfect spot for our family as we gathered with our extended family at the Watermelon home by the Matanzas Inlet for the Memorial Day weekend. The home is immaculate!

The house was very well organised, clean it looked very nice and everything was brand new. The location is also very good, it is close to the beach and also to the city with alot of different attractions all around. 5/5 would stay again.

Loved it!

This beautiful house was clean & comfy. Our teen girls loved having their own rooms and bathrooms to choose from. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Great St. Augustine Getaway

Very clean with everything you need for a great getaway. Easy check in. Host was great to work with if we needed anything. Close to St Augustine and Flagler. Quick drive to the beach for a day on the Atlantic. Close to grocery stores with very little traffic. Overall a perfect Independence Day vacation spot. Would definitely stay here again!!

Luxury Beach House Perfect for Romantic and Quiet Getaway

We had an amazing stay at your Oasis! Your newly-built vacation home was everything we could have asked for and more. Everything was sparkling clean and brand new, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a short drive away and St. Augustine within easy reach. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful place to stay!

A true oasis

Our family had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless and had all the amenities we required. Its convenient location near the highway and beaches was a major plus. The guidebook proved to be extremely useful, as we took our kids to the nearby park and they had a blast. There are plenty of other activities in close proximity to the house, and we're already looking forward to staying here again. We had a great time!

New and well maintained property

Property seems to be newer and is very well maintained. It is spacious and clean. Except for some minor cleaning supplies missing, the overall experience was excellent. Very close to I-95 and well connected. Highly recommended.

Staying in Palm Coast near St. Augustine was an absolute delight! The house was not only immaculately clean but also beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The host’s attention to detail was evident in every corner, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family. Plus, its proximity to the stunning beaches was a huge bonus, allowing us to easily soak up the sun and enjoy the coastal charm of the area. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and inviting getaway near St. Augustine! Definitely I will give a 5 star review.

We loved this place!

Our family felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. The house is brand new beautifully decorated! Everything was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. There is enough space for the entire family and the kitchen is gorgeous! You will love the location as it is conveniently near the interstate and a short drive to restaurants, beaches and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and safe! We cannot wait to come back! I highly recommend staying here...you will not regret it!

Wow! Alina's place truly is an Oasis. Beautiful, well put together and spotless! The attention to every detail is undeniable. I will not stay in palm coast or any other neighboring cities if Alina's place isnt available. Thank you Alina!

Awesome Family Spot

Very nice modern and clean house for multiple families or a really large family. We all had our own space with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed for cooking some meals there. The outdoor screened in patio had lots to offer as well with plenty of seating and dining room outside. Really wished there was a fence between the backyard neighbor and us for privacy but honestly that was the only downside - and really wasn’t that big of a deal since they kept to themselves and we hardly saw them. Access to the garage was a plus! Hopefully we will be able to book this house again next year!

What a STUNNING EXPERIENCE!!

This property and the host was IMPECCABLE!!! The decor was elegant and tasteful. I’ve been to a few locations where the host was trying too hard, this was just right!!! Communication was on point and timely. The notes and documentation In The home was thorough, detailed and easy to follow. Just an amazing experience. As long as this location is available, this will be my go to spot when visiting my family in FL. They have earned a client for life… my cousin from NY came to stay the weekend and she too will be using this location when visiting. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would have!!!

Work and play stay

We traveled down to Florida as one of my children was in Orlando, but we wanted to stay near the beach. Palm Coast was a short drive to the ocean, Orlando, St. Augustine, and Daytona! I was blown away by the house. We worked while there and there was an excellent standing desk! It is ultimate comfort and brand new with all the needed items for cooking or lounging. I love the split floor plan of the house so everyone had their own space without hearing others at night. The beds were so comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows and plush towels for the beautiful bathrooms. The master bath offers a rain shower head and a separate tub garden tub. It was such a wonderful experience and we will definitely return to this property. The neighborhood was very quiet as well and was very safe and secure. The host, Alina, was wonderful and provided all the needed luxuries for our visit including arrival instructions in plenty of time. Thanks for an excellent trip.
