OPEN -Endless Bay Views... Sues Promise private villas, beach, dock, Islamorada

Centrally located at MM 75.5 in beautiful Islamorad, you are only minutes from boat ramps , great restaurants, beaches, shopping, fishing, diving, snorkeling, bike riding, etc.

We provide bikes, kayaks and you can snorkel right from our dock. There are some resident iguanas in our mangroves and with luck you will see a manatee or great white heron. Pelicans, cormorants and gulls are common. We have a private beach where you can chill out and relax and shady outdoor spaces to enjoy.

We offer live Xfinity streaming TV very in both the living room and bedroom and complimentary Netflix.

Key Largo is less than an hour drive north and Key West is no more than a 2 hour drive south. We have two first floor villas available. There is one Queen bedroom and we provide an EZ-Bed or Aerobed Queen for setup in the Living if there are 4 guests.

The host was wonderful. The house was cozy and comfortable and set back off of the main road. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. There is access to kayaks and a fishing dock which we used most days.

Great place to stay

Quiet place to stay on the water with great views. Charles was there when we checked in, gave local restaurant recommendations. Had a small binder with local info and history of the property. Has a covered area by water and then a dock for a boat or fishing.

Plan to come back next year.

Beautiful views, tons of wildlife, amazing stars and sunsets. Everything you need for fishing, kayaking, etc. Kids caught tons of fish off the dock and had a blast wading around collecting shells and hermit crabs. Plenty of restaurants and groceries closeby. Kids were sad to leave. Definitely recommend and will be coming back. For the cost this place is perfect.

Outdoor paradise

The backyard was absolutely amazing! I spent almost every night watching the setting sun and hearing the crashing waves. Lots of creatures to see while snorkeling or just walking the dock. Central to almost everything the keys has to offer.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at Sue’s Promise, It had an excellent location central to nearby activities and restaurants. Hosts were kind and attentive and have lots of on property activities such as fishing rods and kayaks for family fun

Perfect location

Exactly as pictured on the posts. Our two grandsons snorkeled, kayaked and fished off the dock. We weren’t there a lot so the size was great. Would be repeat customers.

Amazing Views!

My husband and I rented the Bay Villa for a week in April. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the owners were easy to get ahold of if needed. The property is beautiful, and the views are to die for. We enjoyed snorkeling right off of the property and saw a nurse shark, different types of crabs, and lots of fish. We are already trying to book again for next year.

Sue’s Promise is a great place.

Great location we used this rental for a wedding and it was literally in middle of everything. You can kayak right off the back of the property and it’s a great for this purpose. Since we are avid kayakers we loved this option. The unit was the garden villa in the back and it is the smaller of the units but it’s lovely and it was clean. You can snorkel off right off the dock which is amazing to see all the sea life. We seen sand sharks, colorful fish and eels. The hammock was wonderful for star gazing and and afternoon naps. We fished from the dock which made our vacation really peaceful. We saw iguanas and smaller lizards and beautiful birds. This is an amazing piece of property which will take you away from everything the sunsets are amazing from the dock and the tiki hut was just adorable. We met the host and he was wonderful and helpful of where to go. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to relax and unwind.

This is a beautiful property where you feel like you get away from it all. The snorkeling by the dock is amazing and the tiki hut is really nice for relaxing and getting a break from the sun.

Bay side dream

Great location and so much to offer description doesn’t cover it all. We took our 23ft worldcat boat the dock and facilities are just amazing. Sunset heaven The patio and dock plus pier are just perfect kayaks , fishing gear and more, Hamock sand garden chair and sun beds just everything with a well kept yard with your own personal space and BBQ with gas and a spare when we stayed, BBQ was spotless clean . The apartment t was a good size, everything you need to cook Sunday lunch or thanksgiving dinner or just reheat the night before, full size dinning table and then two great sofas with a full tv entertainment and wifinetwork. Full size shower and bathroom with more room you can get all the kids in and yourself and it’s all one leval and safe Ample parking and close to a couple of great restraints , petrol station, raw bar , it’s got the lot and then 10 mins up the road you have the town center. ACU and fans in the rooms very effective. This place is a gem and very good value for money. We looked at this several times and never booked, so glad we did , top tip if your taking your boat , launch and store the trailer at Seabird marina, good value simple boat ramp with no drama and they sell bait only a 12 min boat drive and 8 mins in the car. Enjoy

Great Place

My family stayed here for our son's high school graduation trip. It was our first time visiting the Keys so we didn't know what to expect. This was a great place to stay! From the private dock we saw parrot fish, a moray eel, multiple nurse sharks, a puffer fish, two manatees, and a lot of other marine life. The sunsets were beautiful from the dock. Drinking morning coffee on the patio or in the Tiki hut will definitely get your day started off right. The villa was clean and met all of our expectations. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Located on the bay and great to watch sunsets. Saw a momma manatee and baby swim right in front of the deck.! The villa was located within a short distance to many attractions. 🌴

We are located directly on the bay. You will enjoy a very comfortable stay in one of our villas with a full kitchen, living room, bath and queen bedroom. We have free wireless, TV and a DVD player. There are 2 bicycles and 4 kayaks for your use, as well as our private
sandy beach and jetty out into the bay with TIKI Hut.
