The back yard offers a gas grill, fire pit and chairs, picnic table with umbrella, lounge and Adirondack chairs, and a shuffleboard court. The rental comes with the use of the Salt Air Village, which consists of 30 acres- including a frog pond, woods, trails, two fields, horseshoe pits, basketball court and volleyball court. The association also runs village family activities periodically throughout the summer.
