Perfect family accommodation!

This 3-story villa is exactly what you would want for its roominess, cleanliness and spectacular views of the ocean. Our family has been vacationing in Palmas for years. This accommodation is the best!

Piece of Paradise!

This place is amazing! The owner Jorge definitely has thought of everything that you would need for your stay. This was our first time to Puerto Rico and we had the most wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place.

Great location for a large group

There were 4 adults and 2 children. The house had plenty of space to accompany us all. The location was great. Close to the beach and pool. It also had a beautiful view from the roof top terrace.

Location excellent home had comfortable beds and living room . Kitchen appliances new and well equipped ..Outdoor areas in poor condition and beach chairs not available . General updating needed

Seaside in Palmas

My wife, son, friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this well kept town house. The pool at crescent cove was lovely, and within walking distance to the beach. Very roomy house, with fully stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Christmas Oasis

We took our 3 kids (ages 11, 12, & 15) away for Christmas. This was a perfect place to stay - all the kids had their own beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The mattresses, kitchen table and couch are all new. Everyone was so friendly and we enjoyed 2 different restaurants as well as frozen yogurt in the complex. It isn’t overly updated however we were looking up other places to stay in Crescent Cove to possibly come with extended family and the cost per night was $100’s more and I wouldn’t pay that for an entirely renovated place when we spent each day exploring different parts of the island!

Expectations not met.

Via app, everything seemed almost perfect. The day of arrival, the TV downstairs didn’t work. There was a peculiar smell in the building which led us to buying multiple candles. The chairs on every deck had broken straps making it a safety concern to sit on. We were unaware of the construction getting done very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in. The bathroom in the first floor clogged very easily and the furnace was leaking. We question the integrity of the AC on the 3rd floor since we were not made aware of it not working until after we got there.

Palmas Del Mar is awesome

Palmas Del Mar is a small slice of paradise. I love that it is like a little world unto itself and peaceful, safe and secluded. No bustling nightlife here, so if that it was you are looking for this is not the place for you. That was fine with me because I wanted peace and quiet! Crescent Cove is a very nice community right on the beach front. This unit is spacious with three levels - living area and ktichen downstairs, the master (with beach/poolview) and queen bedroom on the second floor, and then a third floor bedroom with two twin beds and a pool/beach facing terrace across from that room on floor 3. The condo could definitely use some TLC and updating. The interior of the home appears to be all original and is showing its age for sure. My biggest recommendation would be to install an electronic lock as having only one door key was tricky with multiple adults in the home going different places. However, the home was well stocked with supplies - kitchen supplies, towels, linens, beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, etc. The Internet was good and streaming services worked well on the TV in the living room. Our host Jorge was extremely gracious, and communicative, checking in with me both prior to my arrival and then throughout to make sure I had everything I needed. Any question I had for him he was available and accommodating with an answer right away so rest assured if you book here your host will be there to help if needed and that is a great thing. Definitely make sure and rent a car or a golf cart to get around as there are no Uber type services inside the gates of the community so unless you plan walking everywhere you will need your own transportation. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here at Crescent Cove and in Palmas Del Mar.

Great stay in PR

The condo is very spacious with plenty of towels, bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and the AC worked great, sometimes too good at times! The property is very nice, with a short walk to the beach & pool. The resort has several places to eat which were all fairly decent. La Pescadería was our favorite meal in Palmas! The property is only 10 mins. from fast food chains, Walmart, and some shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning with more family to fill the space!

If in need of paradise

The total property was amazing, with the grounds well maintained🤗. Very serene. Our accommodation was very equipped with all necessities needed. But the cleanliness needs a little improvement 🧐. Overall I do recommend this location and property 👍. Keeping in mind if you are looking serenity.🌄

Excellent local

Apartment needs TLC. It is in good shape but some improvements will make a lot better and cleaner. The owner should pay attention to reservations in order to be aware of arrivals and be on top of cleanliness when the people arrive.

Great Family Getaway!

We truly loved our stay at this property. We were there for 10 days with her three school-age children and the property was perfect for us! We utilized the space and everything the owners left including towels, beach toys, blender, toaster, washer and dryer. Check in and check out was very easy and flexible which was great for us and our travels. We had communication with the owner prior and he was great. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back. We did rent a golf cart and went all over Pomus Delmar. We enjoyed the restaurants and just playing exploring. We found a location to be great for multiple adventures including snorkeling, rainforest hike, San Juan, and visiting other beaches. We did spend a lot of time at the beach in front of the property and had a great time body surfing and walking the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and watching the sunrise from the rooftop terrace. The Walmart was nearby to get groceries and anything else we needed. We found at the culture and community to be very warm and welcoming. My children want everyone to know how much they loved it and wish that I could give it a 25 star review!!!

Beautiful Beach - Great location!!!

Our first trip to Puerto Rico and we wanted to see the whole island so we stayed a few nights here and traveled around and stayed a few nights on the other side. We enjoy our stay at this condo because the location was in the middel of several spots - great local resturants in walking distance by beach, food trucks in front of the entrance of the complex. The condo was clean, the beds where comfortable. We had 3 teenagers and they loved the space. We did not visit the pool but it seemed nice. We visited all the beaches around and did several hikes to gorgeous waterfalls. I would stay here again!!
