Regatta 101C- Beachside

This 1st floor 2 bed 2 bath condo at Regatta Condominiums is only a 3 block walk to the heart of Gulf Shores where you can enjoy plenty of shops, food, and entertainment. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom while the guest bedroom allows the sleeping of 4 with a queen and twin bunk. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator so dining in is always an option. The deck's large chairs and table provide plenty of comfort to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf and because of the unit's location in the building, this patio is shaded for most of the day.

Also, please be mindful of our Leave Nothing But Footprints program. The island is our home, its white sand beaches and the warm Gulf of Mexico- our livelihood. Join us in continuing sustainable travel practices and protecting the beaches, marine life and wildlife by removing beach gear no later than one hour after sunset each day. 2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45.00 for each vehicle up to 2. One pass is included in the reservation total. It is the guest's responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

*Please note - beach items are not provided* - The beach chair rental company is Ike's Beach Service. Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
