Amelia Island 4 Bedroom Home with Private Pool

Coastal living at its best!  This 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath oceanfront beach house is the perfect spot for your next vacation.  This spacious floor plan allows everyone their own space to enjoy every aspect of this home.  Downstairs offers an open floor plan for your living area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and private bedroom with 2 queen beds with an ensuite bath.  The kitchen is equipped with a table that will accommodate 8 and an additional 3 at the bar.  Also, enjoy the walkout from the Kitchen to a covered patio where you can enjoy the ocean breeze or lounge in the pool listening to the waves.

Upstairs offers a sitting area where you can enjoy the entertainment of TV or enjoy your ocean view.  The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that share a hall bath.  The third bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bath.  Master Bedroom has an ensuite bath with an Ocean view and a private entry to the oceanfront balcony.  

Coastal Dream allows you access to a 1 car garage, outdoor shower, and oceanfront pool with a private boardwalk to the ocean.

The property is not pet-friendly.

The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The location was excellent and the beach very private. The pool was an added bonus! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed.

Wonderful stay!

This is a great house in the beautiful Amelia Island! It is very clean and great for a large family. We loved the easy access to the beach, and the pool was a great bonus! Very convenient to restaurants, grocery store, etc. We would love to stay again!

Very nice house. Our family had a wonderful stay. The light colored pool deck does not get hot and is NOT slippery when wet; the open indoor layout is perfect. The faux wood walkway to the beach was nice. There was lots of space on the beach.

Great house and location

The layout and renovation was fantastic. Great location and plenty of room for several family members of all ages. Mattresses need updated, but everything else was great!

Thank you for your feedback. As everyone has a different comfort level, the mattresses that are in this home are less than a year old.

Christmas 2024

The property exceeded expectations, and was perfect for my two adult daughters, and three teenage granddaughters. It is very well stocked, and we had no issues cooking some holiday meals. The location is excellent within beach walking distance to the Ritz.

The Fletcher House was a perfectly designed home for our family. It was clean and comfortable, and suited our needs exactly. We did miss out on using the pool and spa with the kids as the water never heated up.

Gorgeous Beach Rental

We took a family + 3 friends vacation to Amelia Island for the first time and this home was just perfect! The rental came as advertised, it was very clean and they even allowed for an early check-in for us as we traveled about 8 ours to the island. The Seahorse accommodated all of our friends and family very comfortably. We spent most of our time outdoors at the pool and beach but even the inside living space was sufficient for the size group we had. The kitchen was well equipped and the linens great. They even provide beach towels and chairs. We would certainly stay here again!

This is our first time in Amelia beach and we didn’t quite know what to expect. We’re all teachers seven ways to really stop thinking about teaching. House was perfect for us. We live like to stay another week if we could. We would easily stay again next year.

Family Oasis

We spent the week here with my husband and I, 2 littles (1.5 and 2.5 years old), and the grandparents. We felt that we had so much space to spread out and enjoy the property. The private access to the beach and outdoor shower were amazing, & when we weren’t at the beach we were enjoying the private pool from morning to night! The house was as pictured, so clean and cozy, and the staff were extraordinary in responding quickly and helping with small hiccups. Would absolutely recommend, and can’t wait to stay here again in the future!! Thank you!

Incredible

This house was incredible. It was exactly as it was listed. The location is perfect. The layout of the house is so open and decorated perfectly. It feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is dreamy. The back patio with the pool is picture perfect. The check in -check out process was well explained and simple. We are so grateful we got to vacation here!! We feel like we found the best spot available. Can’t recommend it enough!

A beautiful property

The online booking process was easy, the house is exactly as advertised. We had a little snafu with the pool heating but the property manager was available and very responsive and the issue was resolved. The house is right on the beach...the street is a bit busy but we were in the back of the property so it didn't matter (but it was too busy for us to let our kids ride bikes if that matters to you - the adults did ride)...my first trip to Amelia Island but definitely not our last and we would definitely want to rent this house again.

Exceeded All Expectations!!

The property was the best we have ever stayed in. Room for all (9). Heated pool was the best kid entertainment along with the beach. It felt as if we weee in a brand new house. Minutes from everything you could possibly knew or want. The Fernandina Beach Main Street was so fun. We even took a trip to the Jacksonville Zoo (30 minutes). I hope we can make this happen again for the whole family and return here. Best vacation yet!! Woohoo!!

December Visit

We enjoyed the home very much- easy to find and well kept/clean- inside and outside, We loved the views of the beach/ocean and I feel confident we would have enjoyed the pool and the beach but the weather was uncooperative. Our 1 week stay was in the beginning of December and it was just too cold, very windy and the threat of a severe storm had us pack-up and head out early. We found the location convenient to the airport as well as area shopping and it was a short drive to the quaint town of Fernandina- filled with historic charm, delicious eateries and an array of welcoming shops and boutiques. We would consider staying at this home again:)

Fernandina Fun

This property was perfect for our annual family vacation. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and welcoming. We had beach time and pool time every day. The private boardwalk was just about 160 easy steps to the beach and with 3 boys under 7 and all the necessary gear the short distance was well appreciated. We took family photos on the boardwalk with the dunes and the water in the background and watched fireworks from the beach. The house itself was wonderful. The kitchen was great, having a pantry was a plus. We brought our own 16 quart pot, as we cook big and it is not a size that is generally provided. We cooked 5 of the 7 nights and had everything we needed. The bedrooms offer a number of configurations that worked well for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the master AMAZING! For those that have never been Fernandina is a cute little town with some good restaurants and shops. We recommend Burlingame for an adult dining experience. We didn’t make it in this trip as we were happy to just chill..,Comments heard more than once during our trip…”this is how I saw my perfect vacation “ and “every vacation gets better and better but it will be hard to top this one” We all still had those feelings as we checked out to head home.
