This beautiful townhome has three levels which equates to tons of room for large groups! The townhome is beautifully decorated! It is located directly across the street from the beach, approximately 200 yards to the beach access.
This pet friendly townhome was designed with several flex spaces. The extra rooms can be functional areas of enjoyment for a smaller group, or can be configured to accomodate five bedrooms. The townhome is perfect for a family, couples traveling together, golf goups, or multi-family reunions.
The gorgeous townhome has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The first, ground level, consist of the parking garage, first bedroom, game room, and bathroom. The first bedroom is used as a sitting area complete with a Murphy bed (full size), two single rollaways, and three single air beds if needed. Outside access is through the double glass doors. The kids love to sleep in this room! The game area has a pool table, dartboard, table and chairs, and a flat screen TV. There is a full bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. There is also a walk-in closet and refrigerator on this level.
The second level has three generously sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Also on this level is the washer/dryer.
The master bedroom, second bedroom, has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a daybed for added sleeping. The attractive en suite marble bathroom has a large vanity, tub, and walk-in shower. There is a small balcony accessed from the master bedroom. Sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze!
The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination. This bedroom has a small balcony that overlooks the courtyard.
The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and en suite bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination.
The top floor consists of the kitchen, living area with two separate sitting areas, powder room, den which provides a flex area for a fifth bedroom, and the wraparound balcony.
The kitchen is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked for all of your meal preparations. All appliances are new, and you will love the easy layout of the kitchen. It also has a large island with plenty of seating, perfect for morning coffee or a quick snack.
The den/sitting area is located on the west side of the top floor. It is cozy and comfortable with a queen sleeper sofa, three chairs, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV. There is an added bonus of being able to pull drapes for added privacy in case it is needed to sleep extra guests. There is also a large dining table with seating for eight. This additional area for gathering is such a wonderful addition to the townhome!
The living area is on the east, oceanside. It is so spacious and attractive! The large, leather couch and chair offer very comfortable seating, plus there are other seating options as well. Relax and enjoy watching a movie on the flat screen TV, complete with HBO and Showtime! There is also another seating area adjacent to the kitchen. The round accent table with three leather chairs offers the perfect spot to enjoy the views!
The focal point of the living area are the floor to ceiling windows and doors that seem to bring the outdoors in! Patio doors lead out to a wraparound balcony with seating to relax while listening to the waves. Being a corner townhome, the views seem to go on forever! Truly, this will quickly become a favorite spot to relax, unwind, and recharge!
This townhome has a two car garage for added security. Parking for one vehicle is allowed in the driveway closest to the garage door.
There is a popular restaurant/bar just a few steps north from the townhome. Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a burger or seafood dish on the restaurant's large deck. Most nights there is live entertainment, and the kids and adults will enjoy the laid back, fun atmosphere!
