**Construction Noise is prevalent 8:30am-5pm M-F which is why the rates are discounted. A whole house audio Sonos system with touchscreen controls is installed to overcome it. Noise is not noticeable on the beach.**Our beach retreat is a haven for sun and sand seekers. Nestled in one of the most sought after Seychelles condo units, this vacation home is a treasure. The balconies are semi-enclosed offering an unusually nice level of privacy while maintaining extraordinary views. Our corner unit features panoramic skies and the delight of both ocean and intercoastal vistas. Catch a sunrise, sunset or if the timing is right, maybe even a rocket launch! Our beach retreat is ideal for guests looking for above average accommodations. The unit features a large state-of-the-art kitchen with all amenities, living room, dining room and two sizable bedrooms. Full length wrap-around balcony offers breathtaking ocean views.

Such a gem!

Our stay in Daytona Beach Shores was really wonderful. The beach was steps away, and the accommodations were top-notch. The condo was super clean, comfortable and well thought out for guests. Lynn was really wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend, we will be back!

One of the best condos weā€™ve stayed in & weā€™ve been coming to FL for 20yrs. Beautiful beach, beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset, unit very clean and well equipped. Owner communicates quickly. Added bonus was viewing of Cape Canaveral space launches!

We saw Dolphins!!

The water views from the large patio, kitchen and bedrooms are beautiful! We even saw dolphins!!! Itā€™s about 3 minutes from unit door, down the elevator, to feet in the soft sand! Location is perfect with Mini-golf, a lighthouse, natural park with jetty, coffee shops, and dining all a very short drive away. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything from beach toys and novels to extra linens and plenty of comfortable seating. The large island would be perfect for entertaining family if you have a small gathering. Both bathrooms look recently remodeled and were spotless! The complex pool was pretty, ocean facing, and never crowded. The beach was quiet with plenty of open space. The hosts are very easy to work with and I look forward to another, longer visit, in the spring!

Beach trip From Ohio to get away from the COLD!!

We had the best hosts that you could ever ask for. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip to their condo was a great experience and it was. They have everything you would ever need while staying on the beach. Love their balconies!!! Sat there every day reading a book and enjoying the ocean sound. Sunrise from one balcony and sunset on the other. They also let us use their bikes while we there so we wouldn't have to bring our own. Gave me suggestion on restaurants to enjoy. Their furniture is very comfortable from the recliners in the living room, just like being at home to their sleep number bed in the master bedroom. Night lights on the ceiling to the master bed room were great at night to see you way. Lights that popped on when entering the bathrooms were great. Kitchen had everything you need!!! I can't wait to rent the place out again. Great Hosts!!!! You are amazing, thanks you for everything you did to make our 2 weeks enjoyable!!

This place has EVERYTHING! No really anything you could ever need to feel like youā€™re in the comfort of your own home with a WAY better view. Annual summer family trip will be booked here! Location: IS KEY! You are just an elevator ride from the ocean to private beach (and pool plus hot tub and sauna) Accommodations: GORGEOUS, COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS! They thought of everything. From every kitchen appliance,coffee makers, griddle, dishwasher, washer/dryerā€¦think of it & itā€™s probably there! Modern tech UPDATES including Alexa in all rooms, outlets w/USB connection, WiFi, TV w/all apps in every room, Play Station. Bedrooms: Primary has unbelievable views, wall to wall you wake up to a panoramic view of the ocean & inlet. Sleep number bed w/remotes & extremely comfortable mattress. Super spacious I was even able to do a full workout in the room looking at the ocean. MASSIVE bathroom and closet! Essential for long term stay! Itā€™s larger than my home closet. Includes a large vanity w/ huge modern shower & added towel warmer. Closet has tons of storage & even has a bunch of games & activities provided for use. Secondary bed: Can sleep around 5 or so in itself! Brilliant use of space with King bed/bunk overhead/trundle & if thatā€™s not enough a nugget (if you have kids you know what this is) for additional fun & added sleeping surface. Perfect for families to visit long term comfortably! Tons of inclusions so you donā€™t have to worry about forgetting something! 5+++ STARS

All the comforts of home available for stress-free travel. We have 3 kids and know just what you need if you're planning a vacation with littles. Our condo is ideal for extended family. Grandparents can set up in the primary bedroom while the secondary bedroom is designed to fit a family of 4+ depending on your children's ages. Got babies? The bureau dresser doubles as a changing table and the large closet is perfect for a pack & play. Toddlers are your jam? We've got a convertible child toilet seat in the en suite bathroom and a booster seat for the table. There's a nugget couch in the living room for fort building and plenty of kid-friendly shows on Roku. Watcha' need? Stroller? Duplos? Transformers? You name it, we will stock it for you.
Not that you HAVE to bring children, the unit is obviously versatile and adult-friendly as well. You won't want to get out of the sleep number bed in the primary bedroom, but when you do leave its dreamy comfort, help yourself to either the Keurig or Nespresso machine for lots of quick and hot coffee options. The living room has picture windows that showcase the ocean, you'll feel like you're in a postcard. There is a large leather sofa & club chair with power recliners. The kitchen is equipped with lots of extras. Like to cook? We've got it stocked with whatever you need whether you'd like to have a Seafood boil or Coq au vin. Seychelles even has a terrific outdoor grilling area available if you'd like to put some BBQ on the table.
This is our own home away from home so it offers lots of bells and whistles for convenience.

Our beach closet is stocked with everything you might need for fun at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, buckets, shovels, toys, frisbees, boogie boards, coolers and even a few remote controlled cars. For treasure seekers, a 5-star metal detector is available if you want to try your hand at finding a long lost pirate doubloon.
