NO STAIRS, INSIDE OR OUT

Welcome to our beautiful oceanview Maui Kamaole I-103 condo. This is a large 1040 sq ft 1-bed 2-bathroom ground-floor condo with NO STAIRS to access. The bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed and blackout blinds, the large livingroom a queen-sized Murphy bed (no pull-out sofa). The main bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, the bedroom has its own private bathroom with a double vanity.

The living room spills out onto a large private and partially covered lanai with two chaise-lounges and table seating for 6 with an oceanview. There is an additional small lanai off the bedroom with a chaise-lounge and umbrella.

As local owners we inspect and take care of cleaning and maintenance between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Great Stay at the Maui Kamaole.

My husband and I loved our stay at Maui Kamaole. Cara was incredibly responsive and helpful. And the condo was very well appointed with many more things than we have usually seen at a rental property, including tennis racquets, beach chairs, a fully stocked spice rack, welcome snacks and a safe! It was well located, very clean and spacious. Thank you for a great stay! We highly recommend it.

Amazing condo!!

We stayed at August 2016 for 7 nights. We loved the place. The rooms and lanai were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equiped with all things, little details like boxes or ziplock bags. The beach gear was great. Highly recommended for families

Amazing condo

Cara's place was the perfect place for our vacation on Maui. It was very quiet, clean, and well maintained. The condo is spacious and has everything that you need for a great stay: comfy beds, a wonderful Lanai, and if you want to cook, you will find everything you need in the nice kitchen. Perfect Location

Kihei is a great place to stay on Maui. This condo was well appointed and comfortable for couple with our teen. The Murphy bed in living room could be left down with easy access around. Chairs and towels for beach were great because there are multiple public beaches very close to condo. Condos are situated nicely to offer good privacy on the lanai and great sunset views. Almost everything is provided except for shampoo and conditioner…it was helpful that others mentioned so you can be prepared. Highly recommend and we would look to stay again.

Our Special Stay in a very Special Place

Our stay at Cara and Sig's property was hands down our best experience in the Maui Kamaole! The condo has everything needed to make for a very comfortable stay! The condo is perfectly located to the lower pool, easy early walks to the beach and perfect views of the Maui sunsets! Little need for AC as the Condo catch's the refreshing Maui cross breezes perfectly! Cara and Sig respond quickly to questions and deal decisively with any issues that may come up! Cara and Sig are a real pleasure to deal with ! We will definitely stay in their unit again!

Clean & Comfortable Condo with a view!

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely condo and it met all our needs. The owner, Cara, was easy to deal with, there was plenty of space even with the Murphy bed down and it was very clean. The location is good, it is a short walk down a hill to get to the beach and some local restaurants. If you are with kids you may find it easier to drive then carry everything - we did. We just drove down the road to a different beach each morning the first week then spent the 2nd week revisiting our favourites. If you are in Paia do try the Fish Market, also the Maui Brewing Company's Pub in Kahana was very good and well priced. This was our 3rd trip to Maui and I am sure we will be back and we would love to stay here again.

Exactly as pictured & described

We were delighted when we arrived at the condo on our first day. It is spacious, exceptionally clean and beautiful! Cara and Sig have thought of everything including a very expansive spice rack. There’s even a to go coffee cup if you want to make your own coffee before leaving to see the sights. Beds were very comfortable - my SIL slept on the Murphy bed and said that it was great! Some Kihei restaurants are within walking distance and it’s fun to walk down to the beach for early morning strolls or evening sunset watching. Walking back up was fine for me but if you have limited mobility, you might consider driving to the beach instead as it is all uphill but there is a nice concrete walkway. The pool was a great temperature and not too crowded in the evenings which is when we prefer to swim. We will definitely rent this unit again if we come back to Kihei and highly recommend to others! Cara is great with her communications and very responsive!

Our hosts were top notch! Highly responsive and kind. The condo was exactly as advertised and then some. We chose this property because of the Murphy bed and king sized bed in the bedroom. It did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 with two teen boys. The breeze was wonderful and we hardly had the a/c on at all. The lanai is great to catch some afternoon sun and it boasts a peek a boo ocean view. Parking spot is super close to the unit making packing the groceries or beach gear really easy. I loved the “homey” feeling with books, puzzles, and games in the cupboards and on the shelves for guests to use. It felt like we were borrowing a friend’s condo. The property is amazing with great access to many beaches and places to eat. Also Safeway is very close. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

We loved the grounds surrounding the condo, beautiful well kept landscaping. The unit is perfectly located in the complex. Close to the pool (a pristine, warm pool which we loved!) and the walking path to the beach to enjoy the sunsets. It is situated so that you have full privacy, never seeing in anyone else's unit or other people seeing in this unit. Lanai is perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We were impressed by how clean the condo was, and really enjoyed the updated and modern furnishings and well appointed kitchen. Cara was always quick to respond to emails and questions and provided wonderful recommendations for dining and things to do. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Murphy bed is so convenient, you don't have to make up the couch every morning. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Great condo

We have stayed at MK multiple times, we love this property. This condo was hands down our best one yet! Huge for a 1 bedroom, and the Murphy bed is a game changer if you’re traveling with kids. Clean and spacious. 10/10 would definitely rebook for a future visit.

Exceptional property, great location!

We enjoyed a week in this condo with our two teenaged sons 12, 15. The condo was immaculately clean, spacious, well-equipped in the kitchen as well as with beach accessories. The property is located a short walk from the beach and is walkable to many restaurants and shops. The lanai is huge, very private and provides views of the amazing Kihei sunset. The amenities and beautifully manicured resort make for a relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend staying here and dealing with Cara has been super easy, her blog also provides many tips to enjoy your stay!

Awesome condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! The beds were super comfortable and the air condition worked fantastically. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware we needed. I also appreciated all the beach gear - umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. It was in a great location close to one of our favorite beaches - Keawakapu and just a short ride to Wailea. Our kids especially enjoyed both of the pools. We had a really great time!

Beautiful Condo - Exceeded our Expectations!

The entire process of booking the condo was easy - any time I had questions Cara answered me so quickly! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, lovely, quality linens and towels, well equipped kitchen, lots of storage, lots of beach stuff - everything we needed to create an incredible foundation for our Maui vacation! Aloha! We are former West Coast dairy farmers who vacationed annually in sunny Kihei (South Maui) from 2004-2009. In 2010 we sold the farm and immigrated to Hawaii. We invested in four vacation rental condos that first year and have been vacation renting on Maui ever since.

Cara grew up in Austria and is passionate about baked goods and coffee. She has a business degree from the University of Calgary, but left her budding big city career in 2001 to join Sig on his dairy farm along the West Coast. She is your main point of contact through the booking process, researching your stay (ask about her blog for trip ideas!) and communicating throughout your stay.

Sig grew up in BC, Canada with a passion for dairy-farming. To this date he subscribes to dairy publications and enjoys going to trade shows, keeping up with advancements in the dairy industry. For many years our farm had one of the top-producing dairy herds in Western Canada working in close partnership with our animal nutritionist and veterinarian (no rBST). He brings his attention to detail and perfectionism to the condos and handles most of our maintenance needs (and all those remodels we’ve done over the years). He checks our condos prior to every check-in, ensuring they are in top condition from both a cleaning and maintenance standpoint.
