What a wonderful beach house. It was so comfortable and easy to live in, as well as being beautifully decorated. The amazing gulf beach was steps away and seemed like it was private beach.Even though restaurants and shopping were a bit of drive...we would definitely come back.

Alligator Point

Very nice house and easy beach access. Really enjoyed the quite atmosphere and laid back lifestyle of Alligator Point. It is a place and house that I will come back to again for sure.

Alligator Thanksgiving

Overall stay was great! The house could have used more utensils and wine glasses, bath soap, laundry detergent and maybe some coffee for the first couple of days. Love the location. The mattresses and bedding were wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Oceanview was AMAZING! This was our first trip to Alligator Point, but definitely not our last. The house has everything you can think of and then some. The location to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk. The beds are super comfy. The elevator is a lifesaver! We cooked most meals, but did go to Apalachicola for lunch one day and also ate at Angelo's one night for dinner. We love a restful beach trip and that is exactly what we got. Thank you, Josh, for a memorable vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oceanview! It was clean and beautiful! Josh was an excellent host and always replied promptly to any questions or concerns. The beach home is not directly on the ocean, but a very short walk away. You can however see the ocean from the home. The sun deck with loungers was great! We enjoyed using the hot tub almost every day. A couple suggestions might be a full length mirror for the master bedroom and a couple hooks in the bathroom to hang up your robe when you shower or bathe. There are many attractions close by including; Bald Point State Park, Gulf Specimen Aquarium in Panacea, Apalachicola, Wakulla Springs Boat tour, and don't forget to visit St. George Island!

We had a wonderful time at Alligator Point. The home was beautiful and in excellent condition. We had everything that we needed as far as supplies. Everyone enjoyed the elevator and it was in excellent running condition. It was great not to have to bring all the luggage and groceries up and down the stairs. The back deck was massive and the adults enjoyed having coffee on the back deck and you could hear the ocean waves in the background. Also, you could see the ocean from the back deck and kitchen area. Beautiful view. The rooms were a good size, and the 2 glass enclosed shower bathrooms were huge. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!! Very impressed!

Week on the beach

From the beginning Josh went above and beyond to help our group. We initially had booked another home on Alligator Point, but had some difficulties with it last minute, and Josh saved the day! His cleaning crew is amazing- they got in to the home early on the day of our check in and turned it around as fast as possible (10:00 am instead of 4 pm) because they heard about the issues my family had faced with the other rental. The home was immaculate! Great layout, new furnishings, comfy beds, great view. Honestly, I could go on and on about this house! We all really enjoyed boogie boarding all day at the beach (access two minute walk down the road), making a meal together, and then ending the day in the hot tub overlooking the beach and sunset. We will reach out to Josh again for another stay at the Ocean View!

We built this home, our personal vacation home, in a nostalgic place for us that we’d vacationed with our family since the 80’s. Newly constructed and finished in early 2023, we took pride in choosing an interior that is light and airy and elicits a warm and cozy feel from all. We enjoy our time on the screened in porch listening to the waves, watching the pelicans and enjoying a refreshment to end our day.
