We had the best stay at the Happy Shack! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Having both the beach and bay was phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Happy Shack is a true Florida gem!

Just a fantastic place to spend time. Easy gulf access, even easier bay access. One of the most charming, unique properties you’re going to come across. Go on a rent it now.

The Happy Shack was the perfect spot for our stay at Alligator point. We loved having access to both the bay and the beach! It has wonderful old Florida charm along with all of the modern amenities. It felt cozy and welcoming, exactly the kind of place you hope to find for a peaceful and fun beach geteaway. We would definitely stay here again.

The Happy Shack was exactly what we needed and wanted for our Honeymoon. From catching red fish in the backyard, roasting LOCAL oysters on the fire pit, to relaxing on the beach on our final day we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to book again for next year.

From the moment we arrived, it brought such a sense of peace, calm, and relaxation — exactly what our family needed.Being able to paddleboard alongside the dolphins was absolutely incredible. It felt like we were in our own little world, surrounded by so much beauty and tranquility. We had an amazing stay!! The house was super clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, great location, great beach and bay access! Our host was quick and responsive when we had questions. Best stay ever!!

This was our first stay at the Happy Shack but it will not be our last. It's name says it all. It is such a fun, whimsical, eclectic, happy place to be if you want a great vacation and a break from reality and the everyday hustle and bustle of life. We where there over Labor Day Weekend and through the week. We maybe saw 3 or 4 families near the private beach access over the Holiday weekend and there was literally no one else there during the week but us. It was like having our own private beach all to ourselves. It is a very easy and quick walk across the street. My husband and boys enjoyed fishing off the beach and one of them even caught a stingray. I saw multiple dolphins feeding on mullet just feet from the shore before sunset one evening. And the first walk on the beach I found my first whole sand dollar in it's natural setting, I had never found one of those before just walking the beach. Just Amazing is all I can say about the Happy Shack!!
