We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Any situations or questions that came up during our stay were handled quickly, appropriately, and with genuine care. We truly appreciated how responsive and accommodating the host was. Everything about our experience was great, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very limited parking, so if you book only plan to take (2) vehicles. Other than the parking we had a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful experience.

This is hands down the best home we’ve ever stayed in during a trip. The house itself is so nice and clean and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating and very quick to communicate with us! And to top it all off, being right next to the pool and (most importantly) minutes from the beach made this place amazing. We hope to come back soon!I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

great location and amenities! home was perfect for our annual multi family vacation. the home comfortably slept 3 couples and 7 kiddos. each family had their own bathroom with a shower and then the downstairs half bath was communal. the golf cart and bikes were used daily and made commuting around the area easy plus it saved us nearly 1k from having to rent one on our own. we loved that the pool was next door and it was quiet — never heard any pool activity! the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. neighbors friendly. would definitely stay here again. the host is extremely friendly and responsive. highly recommend!

Everything was absolutely amazing with our stay! It was a quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and perfect location. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. Will be planning another trip to stay here again!

Great location in center of Blue Mountain Beach. Easy walkable access to food, shopping and beach. Having the bikes and golf cart was a major plus! Neighborhood was quiet and very clean as well. Loved being next door to the pool for easy access if we didn’t want to go to the beach one day. Plenty of beds and bathroom space for larger family. My only suggestion would be to add a little more sitting furniture or maybe a large sectional in the living room for larger crowds or families. Overall great communication, great house, great location. We would definitely reserve it again.

My daughter and her friends booked this for her bachelorette trip. They had paid for it months ago, and never saw or heard anything from the host about having to be over 25 to book. She allowed them to pay and then sent an email at 7:30 pm the night before they were supposed to check in asking for everyone's id. They all sent them in. She sent back that they wouldn't be allowed to check in because there wasn't anyone over 25. She also wouldn't give their money back. After many tears, I (mom of bride to be) had to book a plane ticket for the next day, take off work, and fly to Florida for the weekend so they could stay there and not lose all their money. The owner was so rude. She wouldn't give us the code until she sent a friend over to verify my license and that I was over 25. I understand having this policy, but it needs to be stated clearly on the listing and communicated at time of booking and before the night before you are arriving. Also, don't be rude when everyone is just trying to understand and figure out what to do. Also, the toaster oven nor the toaster worked and there were some ants in the kitchen.

For clarity, the reservation was made by the guest’s daughter, and the entire party was below the minimum rental age at the time of booking, despite this requirement being stated in both the house and HOA rules. Once identification was submitted and the guests’ ages were confirmed, I could not permit access until an adult of the appropriate age was verified to be physically present and staying at the property. The guest’s mother repeatedly contacted and pressured me late into the evening to allow the underage party to enter without a qualifying adult. I remained firm because doing so would have violated the established rules. Once the mother arrived and her identification and presence were verified, the party was permitted to check in and complete the stay. No concerns regarding the appliances, ants, cleanliness, maintenance, or any other aspect of the home were reported during the stay. The guests were provided with contact information for both maintenance and housekeeping before arrival so any concern could be addressed promptly. No subsequent guests have reported these alleged issues either. We take guest concerns seriously, but we cannot correct an issue that is never reported or disregard minimum-age and HOA requirements because a guest expects an exception.

Beautiful New Home!

We had such a great stay! It was awesome to have the community pool right next door. Bikes were in great shape, and golf cart was essential for getting the group to and from the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable!

Everything we needed

Beautiful property with plenty of room for 2 families to enjoy the week. Loved having 2 master suites and the kitchen and dining area were adequate for our needs. This house is perfectly situated in the neighborhood because it is right next door to the community pool. The check in and out process was seamless and we were very grateful to have stayed here!!

Bachelorette Trip

This house was the most adorable house ever! Me and my girls came for our bachelorette trip and it was absolutely amazing! The last day our car broke down and we were stuck somewhere we didn’t know with all luggage! The owner was so sweet and kindly let us stay until our car was done! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Family vacation

Our family was there for the week of July 4th. We enjoyed our stay and the house was in a great location to restaurants, the beach, etc. Having the golf cart and bikes was very helpful in getting around. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Kathryn, the host, was also very attentive. She messaged me a couple of times during the week to see if we needed anything and to make sure everything was good. We hope to be able to stay there again at some point.

Pleased with responses to needs

Thought the house was very nice and having the pool next door was a big plus. Parking for the beaches is awful, you just have to shuttle. The initial cleaning was not great but was corrected very quickly as were maintenance issues. Owner was very quick to respond!
