We had such an incredible time, and we had perfect weather as well. We had multiple family members who needed to work for a day. There were so many comfortable spaces for them to get away for that. We had twin 4 month olds. Two four year olds and a five year old, perfect space for play! Absolutely amazing kitchen for our fun charcuterie boards and pasta night. If only we could stay forever!!!!

This house is incredible!! We hosted an 80th birthday party for my mother-in-law there and the house fit 17 people very comfortably. The house is very well appointed, and really spacious. It had everything we needed and more!! Mary was very responsive, accommodating and a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend a stay!

This is the most amazing house! Views gorgeous. Space is perfection. Every bedroom gorgeous. Every bed comfortable. So many gathering spaces. The outdoor amenities are just top notch. We hosted a staff retreat here and it was absolutely perfect. Better than all of that?! The host, Mary. She is so helpful and responsive. She went out and stocked the house for our team so there was food, local wines, and pastries upon our arrival. We can’t wait to come back. I also highly recommend the people of Asheville as well, folks were so welcoming and nice.

This was a great house for our multi generational family gathering. The decor was updated, bathrooms great, kitchen really well equipped, and overall very comfortable for all of us. The views from the deck were really nice as well. The host was easy to communicate with and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again for a future visit-

This is a lovely home, beautifully located and well furnished. We had 5 couples and everyone had great bedrooms with attached baths, and well-spaced for privacy. The kitchen was super! We had all the utensils and appliances, etc needed for our evening meals.Location is beautful and close to downtown and parkway access The host was super, very helpful Highly recommend this home!

Amazing Experience

We used this property for a company retreat. It had a great combination of personal and group spaces. Everyone loved the views, the wildlife and overall amenities. The place was located close to all out daily excursions. Lastly I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Mary. She is very responsive and loved working with her.

Million Dollar Perfection

The perfect spot to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday with friends and family. Large enough to spread out and cozy enough to enjoy each other’s laughter! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to grill out at night and cook bacon and biscuits in the morning. The mountain views are incredible as was the home. Tastefully decorated. The most comfortable beds! We had the most amazing long weekend and it all started with staying at Cloud Nine.

Gorgeous house with awesome view

Spent part of Spring Break with 2 other families in this house. It is gorgeous! Very spacious and awesome layout for us all to have plenty of space and privacy. The property manager was great with communicating with us before we arrived and made check-in and checkout easy. The house is stocked and beautifully decorated. Easy drive to downtown or Biltmore. We enjoyed the deck in the afternoon with a glass of wine while we watched the awesome sunsets and also enjoyed the hot tub after a day of walking around downtown. Highly recommend!

My girlfriends and myself enjoyed the property. Lots of space and the bedrooms were all very nice with nice bathrooms attached. The sunset views from the property were gorgeous.

serene luxury

My husband and I plus our three daughters and their families enjoyed an after Christmas getaway to the mountains. The children were able to get a day of sledding in at the nearby mountain. Each room plus bath were lovely and well appointed- everyone thought they had the best room! There were plenty of gathering spaces to all kick back and watch a football game, play cards or share a meal. Plenty of age appropriate toys and games for our grandchildren to enjoy. Two of us spotted a black bear from an upper bedroom window on day 1, but despite our diligent lookout, we didn't see him again. All in all a wonderful family vacation!

Great Luxury Family Stay

Our stay over the Thanksgiving break was amazing. My family really enjoyed there rooms. The house was beautifully decorated with amazing views. The kiddos enjoyed seeing the bears in the yard. The 2 dinning tables with the fireplace was a hit for us and gave the family plenty of space for our meals. The host was very responsive with her communication and gave all details that needed to be given. My family has called and all expressed how much they enjoyed this place.

Outstanding

Our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The home was stunning, spacious and immaculate. Perfect for our group of 11 friends. There were no signs of wear and tear often seen in rental properties. The furnishings and decorating style were up to date and high end. The location was excellent - close enough to town, but still had a beautiful view and privacy. The host was helpful, responsive, friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. We were there during hurricane Helene and she arrived at the house in person (cell phones didn’t work) to assist us, which we appreciated very much.

Fabulous college friends reunion

We had a group of 9 women in our mid 50’s, all friends from college, who gathered in Asheville for a reunion. We loved everything about our trip. There is so much to do and take in in Asheville. We went to the Biltmore estate, enjoyed downtown and the river arts district, and went hiking. Everything we did was easily accessible from this beautiful, expansive home. Mary was so communicative all throughout the planning process and during our stay. The house was well stocked (especially the kitchen with ample supplies for our long and lazy breakfasts as well as our extensive happy hour snacking) and well furnished (with very comfy beds). I would recommend this home for any large family or friends gathering.

Celebrating 40 Years of Friendship

Perfect home for our group of 7 celebrating a college friendship of over 40 years. Every bedroom with an en-suite bathroom was a plus. The views were amazing-we saw bears every day! Our host Mary was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended!

Family Vacation

The house is really spectacular with a nice view of distant mountains and overlooking Asheville. Beautifully landscaped. The manager, Mary, was super nice and attentive to just a few minor items which were taken care of quickly. So many fun things to do in the house, plus location is close enough to town andd the many activities available.

simply the best!

This lovely, spacious house was the perfect home base for our 9-person family group as we explored the Asheville area for a week (and it could have easily accommodated a larger group). Everything about the house was wonderful, from the 7 large bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) to the fabulous kitchen(s), fantastic view, and proximity to Asheville highlights, restaurants, and grocery stores. Mary (the property manager) was proactive, gracious, and quick to respond to any inquiries, making us feel welcome and supported whenever we had questions. Thank you, Mary, for a fabulous week!

Family Reunion at Beautiful Mountain House

The property was PERFECT for my family! Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom and there was plenty of space to spread out or be all together. The ages of my group spanned from 20 something year olds all the way to an 85 year old. There was plenty to do at the house and the proximity to hiking trails and the neighborhoods in Asheville was ideal. The view of the mountains was spectacular! We also enjoyed a few bear sightings on the property and being serenaded by coyotes. Highlights for our nature loving group.

This place has everything!

This home is nestled up on a mountainside with views that speak to the beauty of Asheville. It is well appointed as a place for a group of friends or a big family with tons to do - we particularly loved the pool table and the Spa. We grilled and dined al fresco with the mountainscape surrounding us. And we enjoyed wine with friends by the fire pit well into the night. Every bedroom had high quality beds and linens and the bathrooms were like what you expect in a high end home! Thank you to our gracious hosts!

Beautiful space

This house was amazing!! Super clean, gorgeous, new property, 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, several porches and a magnificent children’s playroom. All appliances in excellent condition. Plenty of dining and living space, beautiful views and just up the hill from The Grove Park Inn. We saw a few bears, deer and foxes or coyotes. Our host was super responsive. Very easy check in and out and logical house rules. I highly recommend this house.
