Large light filled house 1/2 mile to Charlestown Town Beach

I refer you to the Essentials portion of amenities in the listing. Towels and linens are clearly not provided. Everyone else seems to have figured it out. It seems this renter did not read the listing. And just a note that when this renter told me he did not bring linens I offered them to him. I have them in the owners closet for visitors who fly into town. They refused my offer. At least tell the full story. Not sure what mish mash furnishings means. The pictures are 100% accurate.

The listing says AC. It does not say central AC. The windows in most rooms cannot accommodate a window unit. If anything was dirty, Renter should have let Owner know and the cleaning crew would have returned. Cleaning crew cleans the outdoor shower. Owner told Renter that the handyman could come in 2 days for the toilet seat. Renter chose to do it himself. There are two bathrooms in the house and the seat Renter complained about was worn, not broken. The DW was fixed within 7 days. There was a part that had to be ordered. Owner did not know the DW was leaking until 2 days before this renters arrival. Owner acted immediately. There is a corkscrew in the 2nd kitchen. Renters move things around and take things, usually by accident. After discussion with the neighbor, it turns out that all visitors were in and out of the basement, so that is a lie. There is a dehumidifier and a fan running in the basement. Basements are musty. There are 5 lights in the basement. Maybe Renter should have called and Owner would have explained how to find a light switch. Batteries had just been replaced in fan remote. Renter asked for them ONCE and Owner explained how to adjust the fan. Fan works fine for the cleaners, and there are 6 additional moveable fans throughout the house, which was pointed out to the Renter. Every mattress in that house is less than 4 years old. Every renter brings beach chairs and there are beach chairs available that are less than perfect. Owner does not provide a beach umbrella. A piece of the dining table, which is purely ornamental and under the tabletop, was broken off. Owner learned of that the day before Renters arrival, from the cleaning crew. It has nothing to do with the functioning of the table. RENTER BROUGHT 2 DOGS THAT HE NEVER DISCLOSED TO OWNER, NEVER PAID THE DOG FEE AND THE DOGS WERE NOT CRATED. Renters had plates from Florida, they did not quarantine as required by RI law and hence owner could not go to the house due to Covid concerns. Also, all communication with Renter was in VRBO stream. MAYBE RENTER SHOULD REVIEW THAT TO SEE WHAT HE ACTUALLY COMMUNICATED TO OWNER. Owner is not a mind reader. If Renter needed anything, the neighbor could have brought it over if Owner had been asked by the renter.

Thank you for the nice review. Just one correction, the BR with a queen bed that opens onto the deck does have an AC.
