Unit has just be remodeled this fall 2022, which included, new kitchen quartz on counters, cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances, fixtures, doors, carpet, furniture and accessories.. or rent these units separately. HOT WATER HEATER:
This unit has a 40 gallon electric hot water heater. electric hot water heaters do not re-heat as fast as a gas heater. Therefore, if you take long showers and full baths in a roll you will run out of hot water.
There is a full size refrigerator in the entry closet.

Aluminum foil, sandwich bags ,plastic wrap, and zip bags, are a courtesy and are not replaced by owner when out. Please use and replace if out .
