**Pet Policy:**
Dogs are welcome under 20lbs, with a maximum of two. Prior approval is required, along with a \$250 fee per pet. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without refund and up to a \$1,500 fine. Service animals are exempt from this policy. **Please note**: Cats are not permitted due to severe allergies from previous guests.

**Pool Heating Details:**
Pool heating is optional for an additional \$100 per night. Available from October 15th through May 31st to maintain a comfortable swimming temperature during cooler months. Advance notice of 3 days is required, and the heating must be booked for the entire stay.

House Rules:

No smoking or vaping inside or near open windows/doors. Violators will be fined up to \$1,000 and asked to leave without a refund.
No parties with outside guests; all guests must be listed on the reservation. Max capacity is 16 people.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music at any time.
Concierge Services: Offered by third-party vendors, including grocery delivery, photography, private chefs, and more. These services are not affiliated with the property owner.

Check-In & Check-Out Information:

Flexible check-in/check-out(if available), for an additional fee.
Keyless Entry: You’ll receive a unique security code for access to the property via our smart lock.
Photo ID & Credit Card**: Required to verify your identity and cover incidentals. A rental contract will be emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
