Welcome to our lakefront getaway located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State.

*Floor Plan:

This property has 2 regular sized bedrooms w/additional sleeping loft for children, 1 bathroom, and tons of extra parking for vehicles and/or boat trailers. It features upper and lower decks with panoramic views of the lake, a lower waterside deck area with chairs and umbrella, a private dock with a Shore Master boat lift all of which are accessible at the lake front (see pictures). Cast a line off the dock for some great fishing, float peacefully in an inflatable tube, relax in the oversized hammock or enjoy a paddle around the lake in kayaks!

Take a step inside of “Jewel of Cayuga” to find an immaculately clean, fully furnished, and comfortable living space. A fully stocked kitchen and a spectacular open floor plan feature panoramic views of the lake that will take your breath away! This area contains a SMART TV, a pull-out sleeper sofa, a twin size memory foam futon, a sleeping loft for little people with one additional queen size mattress, and a pellet stove for use in colder months. Pillows, sheets, towels, and other linens are provided for your convenience. Air conditioning and fans provided. This property is equipped with cellular service, 100mbps+ high speed internet & Wi-Fi, and a SMART TV/DIRECTV. Strictly no smoking.

Situated on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake walkable to and from NY Long Point State Park (playgrounds, public boat ramps, etc.), This comfortable, fully furnished and fully equipped two-bedroom cottage can be yours to enjoy.

Sit back and enjoy your favorite beverage while casting a line on the dock or roast marshmallows by the warmth of a firepit on the 100 ft of lakefront that encompasses this jewel!

*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

The Finger Lakes region is beautiful, however, there are environmental considerations:

1. The shoreline and lake floor is rocky/slippery. We recommend bringing/wearing water shoes for to avoid cuts to feet and/or falling.

2. Always check for algae blooms prior to entering the lake water.

3. Always check for ticks.
