Come see why this 7th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have the two 3br units next door and the 4br condo on this 7th floor should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Condo is exactly as pictured and explained. It was perfect for our family. The complex is well maintained and the water slide/lazy River/pool was a great break from the beach. We will definitely stay here again. The location and parking were perfect.

I really cannot say enough good things about our stay. The condo was perfectly clean and stocked with plenty of cooking equipment, sheets and blankets. The condo was easy in and easy out. Parking was a breeze. It was beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Thank you!

My family and I loved this room! Super clean and the parking is unbeatable. You’re able to park on the floor you’re staying, which makes loading and unloading your car so easy. We were there in September and barely had to wait for elevators.Additionally, the beach access is such a short walk from the building. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach so far.

Spectacular Room & Stay

The building was in awesome shape, lobby was clean and staff knowledgeable, security guards were around and we felt safe, the ocean entry was done perfectly, balcony was fabulous, located near lots of attractions, and our room was spectacular.

Beautiful beach condo

This condo was spacious, modern, had a kitchen, lovely decorations and the most anazing view of the ocean. There is also a lazy river if you didnt want to go in the ocean

Great Location

We were very impressed with the condo and building overall. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. Location was fantastic. It had a ton of space and was in great shape. Several stores and restaurants within walking distance. We loved having an indoor pool and hot tub for the cooler days that we were there over spring break. We would highly recommend!

No complaints here! Great location. Close to everything. Plenty of parking. No long waits at the elevator. No overcrowding at the pool (May be different later in the summer). Plenty of room for our group of 12. Plenty of amenities. Didn’t agree with having to pay extra for parking passes but nonetheless great trip!!

Better at the Beach

The unit was great, clean, awesome layout and big rooms. We are a family of 19 with children and grandchildren. Lazy River and indoor pool were a big hit.Very convenient to most anything you need.

Family Vacay 2024

The property was nicely decorated, it had plenty of space and seating. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a plus. Everything in the condo was labeled, so it was easy to find what you needed. Being able to park on the same floor as our condo was so convenient. The lazy river was relaxing and the slide was fun! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo and Customer Service

This is a great condo in a fantastic location but what I want to mention is the kindness bestowed upon my family. We had a medical emergency in the middle of the night, so with little to no sleep, we were leaving the next day on an 8 hour trip home. We were so appreciative of the two extra hours to accommodate our injured family member. We will forever be grateful.

Enjoyable stay but the floors were very dirty.

We had a great time. The amenities made the trip! We loved the pool, the lazy river, and the easy access to the beach. However, the floors in the unit were very dirty. And when I say dirty, I mean they felt like they had never been cleaned. Everyone had black feet from walking on the floors. The showers and bathroom were very poorly cleaned.

Great Location

Our first time to visit the Orange Beach area, and we enjoyed it very much. The water is not the gorgeous emerald green that is observed further East, on the gulf coast, but it was very clean clear water. A Large pod of dolphins was observed, daily. And, the beach was a gorgeous white! Just as pretty as the beaches further East. This is a very nice condo, located in an area that is very convenient, close to several restaurants, and right across the highway from a Publix grocery store. The layout of the condo was perfect for our group, and the ability to park in the deck on the level our condo was located was a big plus, since we had a 99 year old with us. The lazy river, indoor pool, and hot tub were enjoyed, immensely, by the grandkids.

This year we had 6 girls. 702 was perfect! each girl had own room, an beds and the view location was great! we had some issues with the dryer but they came out quickly and fixed it. It was clean and roomy. Easy to check in and out and the process upon arrival was super easy with the code- Would definitely recommend.

Unit was well appointed with plenty of personal touches usually not found in condo rentals from my many years of experience. Kitchen faucet wasn’t solidly torqued so floating somewhat which was a nuisance more than anything and funny enough we have had this issue with other units including last year bad luck I guess. Overall we were very satisfied with the unit.
