Come see why this 11th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 11th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 70” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a Queen sleeper sofa for total sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have the 4br unit directly next door should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great family beach trip

Beautiful property with fantastic view! Extra large balcony, lazy river and slide were great! All stores and restaurants in close proximity. Great experience and will book again

Family vacation

The kids (5 & 7) loved the lazy river, and so did the adults! Easy access to the beach. The condo itself is beautiful. Check in and communication was a breeze. If i had to change anything I'd just request more kitchen washcloths and towels. This is our second stay at this building and loved it both times!

Awesome experience!

What a beautiful place to vacation at. This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and it was one of our best get a ways. The Phoenix Orange Beach was an excellent choice to stay at. When there was an unexpected problem with our original unit, we were given an even larger unit which accommendated our family even better. Thank you, Charlie for all your help. We will be back. Dirty condo, good location

This condo photographs well and looks amazing in the listing. However, it’s a different story when you arrive. Our feet were black from dirt within minutes of entering the condo. Countertops were dirty, carpets filthy, chipped paint, rust around the showers and on the fridge door. The floors were sandy and the glass doors looking out onto the beach were so dirty we couldn’t see out. The condo is right on the beach and has an indoor pool and lazy river. Building staff were very aggressive about wristbands, but it’s the off season - why so concerned?This condo is in a good location but for the price I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was super nice, beautiful views of the gulf and plenty of chairs on the balcony. No lighting on the balcony at night wished we could have a little bit more light in the evening. The oven would not heat up to 400 degrees, the sprayer on the sink wouldn’t completely turn off. Barely any cook wear or tools to use in the condo. The cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning we found multiple things under the beds in the bathrooms and in the living room that were from previous stays. Also the vacuum cleaner did not work. It would turn on but trying to vacuum the rug was impossible. I did enjoy my stay and will definitely come back. Just minor things that can be addressed.

The building is very convenient and was awesome to have the outdoor/indoor pool along with easy beach access. Our unit, #1105, was great overall. The living room couches need some refreshed/cleaned covers but we just put sheets over them so all good there. The main complaint was the lack of clean floors. We couldn't walk around in the unit or the balcony without shoes on because our feet would get black. A good scrubbing/mopping between each visit would help. With this said, we would definitely come back to this unit.

We did find that there were some essentials missing in the kitchen like dish soap, a scrubber, pizza cutter, plastic plates, things like that overall though it was beautifully decorated. We had noisy neighbors 1 to 2 nights and would’ve loved a 24 hour desk to be able to call down to when it was loud in the night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family LOVE this building and the location!! We've rented both 3 and 4 bd condos in this building and haven't been disappointed yet. However, upon first glance this condo is beautiful, BUT it needs better cleaning ppl/company between guests - Deeper vacuuming of rugs, bleaching of grout of tiles in master bath and caulking of other tub/shower (need all new toilet seats in every bathroom (has stains. toilets are fine). And better quality non-stick pots (or just remove them completely) and leave just the stainless pots (but will need more avail). With all being said, We would DEFINITELY RETURN. WE LOVED IT!! WE LOVE THIS BUILDING!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view. For what they charge there were ZERO supplies in the unit. Not a single garbage bag or dish soap. No salt and pepper, nada. Additional parking charge once you arrive. The TP was the cheapest, thinnest known to man. Unfortunately they can get away with this. Having experienced the service, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

Excellent Place

The location is perfect - basically walking distance if you preferred to 3 grocery stores, beautiful beach, and great sunrises. Super soft sand and dolphins visible from balcony. Property manager was great and addressed any problems we had very well. Would definitely go back!

The condo is located across the street from Publix, Walmart and the liquor store. Convenient to every restaurant we wanted to go too.

Our yearly vacation

We loved this property! The lazy River is the reason I booked it because of our 5 year old granddaughter but… we all enjoyed it! The condo was very roomy and comfortable! Would love to come back next year!
