BEDROOMS:
Welcome to our stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom A-Frame cabin, where comfort meets style! Each bedroom features a cozy and well-appointed bed for a restful night's sleep and comes equipped with its own Roku TV for your entertainment. For additional sleeping arrangements, we offer a comfortable sofa bed located in the living room, neatly tucked under the leather sofa. Whether you're unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying a peaceful night in, our cabin provides a warm and inviting retreat for everyone.


LIVING / DINING ROOM:
The living room features a stylish leather sofa, a sleek egg chair, two cozy swing sets, a warm gas fireplace, and soft, inviting throws—creating the perfect space to unwind. Whether you're curling up to watch a movie on the 55" Roku TV, enjoying the warm glow of the gas fireplace, or gazing out at the serene surrounding trees, this space is designed for relaxation and comfort.

For entertainment, enjoy an array of board games and cards, perfect for rainy days. Gather with family and friends around our elegant teak wood dining table, which comfortably seats eight, making every meal a special occasion.

GAME ROOM:
The game room doubles as the third bedroom, uniquely located in the loft, where the bed is positioned above the games for a fun and adventurous sleeping experience. Take the stairs and enjoy the excitement of sleeping in this elevated space.

This room is designed for entertainment and relaxation, featuring a surround sound system with a projector for an immersive movie experience with a 100-inch diagonal display. Enjoy you an amazing movie night with some popcorn made with our vintage popcorn machine. Challenge friends and family with a variety of board games or have some fun with the foosball table and arcade machine. Cozy bean bags and a comfortable sofa make this the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure.

For movie nights, don’t forget to bring your own popcorn ingredients to use in our vintage popcorn machine.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from cookware and utensils to modern appliances. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or cooking a family feast, this well-stocked kitchen has you covered.

COFFEE STATION:
Start your mornings right at our dedicated coffee station, where we provide complimentary coffee and tea for your enjoyment. You'll find both a classic drip coffee maker and a De’Longhi espresso machine, perfect for brewing everything from a rich espresso to a smooth cup of coffee.

Enjoy a moment in a spa-like experience in our beautifully designed bathroom, fully covered in elegant tiles for a sleek and modern touch. Unwind in the inviting jacuzzi tub, perfect for soaking away the day's adventures and enjoying a moment of pure relaxation.

For our eco-conscious travelers, we offer a 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet, conveniently located at the top of the driveway for effortless electric vehicle charging.

NOTES:

The gas grill has been discontinued, and a charcoal grill is now available for guest use. Please remember to bring your own charcoal (BYOC) for grilling. Enjoy your cookouts!

Mountain Roads: Gatlinburg is a mountain town with winding roads and steep inclines—drive with caution.

Family-Friendly Amenities: We provide baby gates, a highchair, and a pack 'n play with a mattress for your convenience.

HOA Pool Access: Available from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend—three pools to enjoy!

Wildlife Notice: Bears are frequently spotted from March to November. Secure all food and trash and observe wildlife from a safe distance. They are cute!
