Up to Four Lucky travelers will feel at home in this ground level apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Just down the hall, you'll find the king-size bedroom that features a private patio, great for an intimate meal or reading a book. Curl up into bed after a long day of exploring the town, and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen television. You can also find the bathroom that features a spacious vanity, walk-in shower and a stack-able washer and dryer.

In the morning, we recommend taking a short stroll across Forsyth Park to The Sentient Bean for a latte or refreshing iced coffee. For lunch, pop over to Bull Street Taco and explore their unique twist on tacos. As you wander around town, stroll through the Squares of Savannah, enriched in history. For dinner, head north downtown, where there's none better than The Grey, a Southern fine dining experience retrofitted inside an old Greyhound Bus Station. After a day out, relax in the park and listen to the sound of the Forsyth fountain.

Really great neighborhood

The surroundings were everything an out of town visitor would want! The apartment was clean, comfortable and fit our needs. The only thing missing would be one or two extra blankets for the hide-a-bed. Thanks for the early check in as well!

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location, parking and walking distance to everything! The only complaint is there was no kitchen towels, hair dryer didn’t work and shower was very unlevel accumulating water which would not drain.

Excellent Location

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it was walking distance to historic downtown. The park is right across the street which is also very nice. Only complaint is that the shower was very unlevel and accumulated about 1.5 inches of water that would not drain, kind of gross. Everything else was as expected and decently nice.

Quick trip to see Savannah

Savannah vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in the charming apartment. We loved being across the street from Forsyth Park. The apartment was just the right size for 3 people. It was very clean. Loved having the parking space that was provided. I will recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Savannah.

Savannah stay

This unit was just as pictured. Parking a bit tight but unit 9b was easy in/out. Close to on off transport, really didnt have to drive once parked. Used Uber to go down to river st. Quiet. Unit spotless....would definitely come again

Just right for a couple

This apartment is just the right size for two adults. It was very cute and steps away from Forsyth Park. Free off street parking is a huge boon too. Keep in mind there is no dishwasher.y only big complaint was that the shower doesn't drain well. The water pools up in one corner.

Convenient

This was a great place to stay. The location was great. It was a easy walk to almost everything. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. Parking was a bit tight but it was great to have a place to stay with Parking. Our only thing we would like changed is that the room needs better mirrors. It would have been nice to see what my outfit looked like before heading out for the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This unit was located in a fabulous location. Has parking included which was a huge plus. Very spacious one bedroom with a living room. Very clean. Unit is a first floor which feels a little like moving back into mom’s basement. Had a small washer/dryer which was a definite plus. Maintenance could stand a little attention. Would definitely stay there again.

Now the things that need to be fixed... the shower floor slanted away from the drain causing the water to fill up, needed more than 1 trash bag, the bed frame slat was broken and had slipped off the brick holding it up... Easy fix.

Savannah Historic District

The apartment was on the edge of the historic district well within walking distance of all the historic district. It was very clean and was as pictured. Parking was provided which was great! The kitchen had nice appliances, nice dishes, silverware, and baking pans. It also had a blender, toaster, and coffee maker although we didn’t use any of the small appliances. The washer and dryer worked well. There were a couple problems that should be noted. The king size bed had a broken frame so we rolled toward the middle of the bed. There were paving stones under the bed to try to keep the bed from sagging but they didn’t really work. The shower floor tiles did not slope toward the drain so there was an inch of water that stood in the shower. They provided a squeegee to push it to the drain but that should not be necessary. Overall the apartment was a nice place to stay while we visited Savannah, even though there were a couple inconveniences (as stated). Nice location, modern conveniences for an extended stay, and convenient parking on site.

A Quite Retreat

Savannah is HOT in the summer and the washer /dryer comes in handy to wash your clothes at the end of the day. Comfy quarters for a couple. The private parking is a plus we only moved once when we went to visit Tybee Island. Be ready to walk it’s 0.9 miles from River St but the walk is so pleasant with all the homes and squares to admire on the way. The closest eatery is Collins Quarters at the park 0.2 mile walk but it’s worth it for the brunch. The shower holds a bit of water but something we could deal with. The bed was comfortable which was nice after a long day of exploring the city. Everything was great which we are easy to please. Great place to rest after a long day. It was just a nice quiet retreat.

Beautiful Savannah

Our first time in Savannah and we were very comfortable in our rental. We managed to walk almost everywhere :) we ventured. Having a washer/dryer helped us out too. Comfy bed makes such a difference - we appreciated that very much. Frig to keep our refreshments cold and good a/c.
